What do you like best about the product?
Application is reliable for monitoring and optimizes downtime as well as reduce costs

I will highly recommend using Maximo as it is flexible application

The Navigation and interface is very simple and looks like spread sheet

Maximo 6.5 for oil and gas was awesome. The graphic is good mean uiux.
Sb, rb and connectivity for air block hrs, acars integration may be good.

What do you dislike about the product?
however maximo for airlines was build without engagement of aitlines who can deploy and test it.
As such proper technical evaluation will be required to identify pros and cons, we can compare AMOS, LUFTHANSA TEC, WINGS ADT, SIDE BY SIDE.
Deploy it in budgets airline and get results.

We can get record easy fine multiple records and we can download maximum record like DC and Dp with her number

We if search a record of dp but some time we have to wait for our records because it will be slow and once you check you have to wait for few minutes

If you want to get big telecommunications report so it will be very helpful for data processing
PMS system that gets messy in case data management is poor.

I believe it’s still one of the most spread and easy to adopt apps

Since it has single database and multiple entry possibilities, hard to manage data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was used for computerized maintenance management system and also for spare parts management. Scheduling and listing spare parts on maximo was easy and maximo didn't give any errors.

I've worked with SAP. So far maximo seems more convenient.

GUI interface. This makes the user to use the software with minimal super vision and training.

Bit old fashioned modules and icons. It should consider to change the outlook of the pages.

Helps for making RFQ, Invoices and interact with suppliers with a single portal. Can track the progress from both ends.

Some features that I like the best are like it runs maintenance schedules, it offers a wide range for data integration. Moreover, it offers proper workflow management as per the organization's requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller organizations, it might seem on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to pricing, but it is totally worth it. The interface can be made more user-friendly and appealing.

We used it to manage assets and track them. It also helped create reports of the same, which were useful in analysis. Ticket management is another area where the process got streamlined because of IBM Maximo.
