To me, IBM MAS is a cutting-edge solution for managing the complete lifecycle of assets.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about IBM MAS is the mobile workforce's ability to be enabled. I find it useful that technicians can access and update asset data, create and manage work orders, and track asset health from the field. This improves operational efficiency and keeps everyone in sync, whether they are on-site or at a remote location.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM MAS is that its functionality isn’t always seamless when internet access is unavailable, causing potential disruptions in data synchronization when connectivity is restored.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most widely used application for asset management nowdays. It can handle work order, procurement, reporting and also provide preventive maintenance. Its specific workflows and implementations enhances its capabilities.

the availability of the application and its resources to new users is very futile they need to lear implementation under experts is a drawback.

The best feature is the how well strcutured the materials are, easy to follow up. The examples, the labs, and the context for each topic is vey well though out.

Sometimes the material can be a heavy to digest, not because of the content but because there is a lot of context and reading material that seems unecessary.

The one thing I dislike about IBM maximo application suite is the steep learning curve the user has to inculcate while using the software during the initial use. The. intricacies and nuances of the software is a bit hard to tackle for an early user. The software being sluggish during complex database analysis.
