What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about IBM maximo application suite is that its ability in integration and management of an asset's life cycle from purchase to disposal which streamlined our operations significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about IBM maximo application suite is the steep learning curve the user has to inculcate while using the software during the initial use. The. intricacies and nuances of the software is a bit hard to tackle for an early user. The software being sluggish during complex database analysis.

Our company was struggling with managing our diverse asset portfolio and performance, which includes production machinery, vehicles, facilities, and linear assets such as pipelines. IBM Maximo is the best product and solution for managing the facilities because it includes all the required integrated functions that allow working them quickly and professionally.

I dislike IBM Maximo. It's the cost that it is not possible to be utilized and used in the facilities of my customers.

Most of the projects that we have managed in different entities, as Zahran is the contractor and service provider, did not have the required system to manage the infrastructure.
