What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and scalability: IBM Maximo is highly flexible and customizable, allowing organizations to adapt the system to their specific needs and workflows. It supports a variety of industries and can scale to accommodate the asset management requirements of both small businesses and large enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface: The user interface of IBM Maximo has been criticized for being outdated and not very user-friendly. Users have expressed difficulties in navigating through the system and finding the desired functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regulatory compliance: Maximo ensures organizations comply with regulatory requirements, reducing the risk of penalties or non-compliance issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration option to other applications like ERP. The new feature of Mobile anywhere makes it more useful to our plant as it removes the limitation of being dependent on a workstation to fulfill our job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the license cost. But the full functionality outweighs the negative about costing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing maximo, our company struggle with tracking and logistics of our material delivery. Assets and equipment were dispersed everywhere making it quite challenging to monitor the status and maintenance history. Maximo's functionality greatly improved our ability to locate and manage our equipment and assets .

What do you like best about the product?
Encompasses asst management with other facility management modules that is completely excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to understand for beginers who are not familart to the software

Mapping all assets in a more clear and precise way of enhacing company monitoring of such assets and reducing cost invlves to breakdowns

What do you like best about the product?
Preventive maintenance, streamlined work order administration, mobile accessibility, sophisticated analytics, and seamless integration are all available with IBM Maximo. It enables enterprises to improve asset performance, cut expenses, and increase operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a few things about IBM Maximo difficult in my experience. The software might be challenging to use, especially for new users. The user interface could be updated and made more user-friendly. Customizing and configuring Maximo to meet individual business requirements can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo has helped us handle asset management issues by providing a single platform for effective tracking and management. Preventive maintenance capabilities in the program have decreased downtime and boosted reliability. Task planning and completion have improved as a result of work order management. Analytics and reporting provide helpful information, while scalability and integration improve collaboration. Maximo has significantly improved our operations and maintenance procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good record keeping, fast service
Tracker , nice for browser and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buttons should be improved like status, create new work order etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We can leverage EAM at market-leading levels and apply industry models with enhanced mobility and relability. IBM Maximo comes with AI-powered monitoring and provides predictive maintenance features. The licensing is simple and we have great flexibility with multi-cloud environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user-interface is confusing and not all modules are intuitive to integrate. The loading time between the modules is also large and switching between browsers for different tasks is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IBM for CMMS, EAM and APM applications. This benefits by providing good user experience with the shared workflows. The business has scaled using additional applications but we have to pay only for what we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrate plugins with web solutions and provide help and organisation to our team. I like the ease of use and the smooth user interface. Asset management and ticketing are different from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is separate and not attached to its system, and there are too many objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We quickly got used to it for our service desk and set up a workflow, incident management, problem management, system access, and streamlined processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool; I like some of its features like adding compact files to tickets, chat integration, and easy to use and easily categorise tickets. One of its positive impacts is asset management.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Everything is good and works for us perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo addresses critical areas such as asset management, service catalogue, ticketing, indecent generation, and obtaining approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability and usability of the system; it is excellent and can be adapted to the needs of each service, inventory management is beneficial in our case, and IBM Maximo makes it possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, we could see many problems with the old version, but then with the updates, the problems disappeared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool for asset and maintenance management, and a before and after has been marked to consolidate data and information management. As a result, we were able to notice significant changes.
