Easy navigation, user friendly, integrates well will other program, customizable, ability to create work orders and preventive maintenance

Longer time initial set up but once set up all is great, works perfectly

It helps managing assets by using their system analyzing all data to have smooth and easy operation.

A lot of functionalities are hard to memorize. But can be learned later on while using the system.

The problems IBM Maximo is solving are managing equiment, maintenance, inventory, planning, and scheduling all activities. The benifit of it is it gives ideas when, what, how to do certain activities that is needed in the moment, even in the future.

Maximo is best Inventory and Asset Management tool. It is easy to operate and very smooth.

The Interface is Outdated and need to be more user friendly.

Monitoring soft and hard services. It's the best software to use in easy steps and can download required data in excel and PDF files.

Complex management data sometime make me confuse. So many menu inside the system. But its usefull for us. Actually for me as engineering staff. Because make a production and Engineering connected

There are so many menus inside this system. Maybe can be simplify and make UI more interesting and easy to understand. Maybe it's ok for existing workers. But for new worker maybe its difficult

Management data ia a big problem for us. Manage hardcopy file is need place and time. With this system can be effective and efficient. So is useful for us with this system

IBM Maximo has helped our client's business effectively keep a track of all assets with a lot of helpful features like visual inspection, service records, and predictive maintenance. It is a versatile solution that helps supervise the overall lifecycle of products from purchasing to inventory to allocations and work planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface of IBM Maximo looks outdated that needs to be upgraded. The reporting tool also has a lot of limitations which makes it difficult to find deep analysis.

It has helped business gain 360 degree view as well as managing the overall lifecycle of assets. This comprehensive tool has benefitted the business from managing the breadth of inventory and optimize the utlilization of resources.

Comprehensive asset management solution for enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an IBM Maximo user for over four years. At the time of this review, I am a senior analyst. I have been using it to manage our properties and equipment. My team is using it to keep track of our material inventory and to do work orders. We also use it to do predictive maintenance and to monitor our assets. My favorite thing about it is its speed and flexibility. I can quickly enter data and get a fast report. I can also export the data to Excel for deeper analysis. I have used it on a variety of different platforms, including PC, Mac, and Android.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a comprehensive asset management solution, Maximo lacks flexible case management tools, making it difficult to engage in change management. It also has a cumbersome change management procedure and an inconvenient user interface. The licensing scheme is also perplexing and difficult to grasp for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo is a good solution for large organizations, in my opinion. It is scalable, and the more you can integrate with other systems and modules, the better and more efficient it becomes. It is a very versatile system. It has literally hundreds of out-of-the-box reports and dashboards that you can use and mix-and-match for your own needs. It is also easy to set up new reports and dashboards. I have seen a lot of time and money saved in my organization because of Maximo.
It's fantastic, easy to use and manage full cycle of business at one place.
