Brilliant and professional Infrastructure Monitoring Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm delighted that LogicMonitor enables me to have real-time view of our organization IT infrastructures.It makes it simple for me to monitor and track applications,database, network etc performance and health.It is simple to identify and resolve IT infrastructures performance problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It delivers excellent performance hence nothing to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to improve and optimize IT infrastructures performance.It reduces Mean Time To Respond to IT infrastructures issues.It fast to troubleshoot applications performance issues by conducting root-cause analysis.
Logical infrastructure monitoring hosted on SaaS platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, we have implemented the software in SaaS and I must say that the infrastructure monitoring and alerting options are very complete, no need to install annoying agents on the devices to which we want to provide monitoring, it makes it a versatile and easy to use tool. The standard templates are fine, the collectors behind the firewall take care of everything, the platform is directly responsible for identifying, categorizing and resolving all anomalies in the network. The installation of the integrations is simple, and you can work very comfortably with the application. The collectors are very light, basically they do not weigh more than 100 MB, and it is based entirely on Java, which is a language we all know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors in SNMP connectivity, always appears an orange triangle, problems in data collection, slowdown in network monitoring, the quality technical support is very linear, they can support more anomalies, not be only pending to collect license invoices, authentication of accounts and data has also become a problem. I expect improvements in the next updates. I would like more support for resolving bugs 1412 and 1401. Furthermore, I have had the product for some time and I must say that training from the technical team and the training for proper use of the program leaves much to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently a company dedicated to data management, science and analysis for the creation of software with an AI that can solve problems in Healthcare, Automotive, Heavy Engineering and Transportation. The implementation of the platform has allowed us to measure the network monitoring of all consumer services we perform, as well as improve our cloud migration services, and Hybrid cloud management. We have also benefited in our management of application development and maintenance since infrastructure monitoring allows us to detect all those anomalies that are generating failures in our developments.
A good unified platform for eliminating complexity and getting real time automation insights
What do you like best about the product?
The initial implementation of LogicMonitor was very quick and very smooth and that is something that I liked very much about it. Also, the website monitoring is very efficient and we get great graphs and reports that provide us with much-needed insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some visible short comings in the mobile applications which could be looked into. Apart from that I do not have any major complaints with Logic Monitor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem solved for us with the help of LogicMonitor is the ability to get unified metrics for our enterprise and automation-related activities. Website and infrastructure monitoring is made simple with LogicMonitor and we are able to save a lot of time and get a better Return on Investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I choose LogicMonitor because it provides complete security to third parties, which generates confidence in our system to scale with confidence, the interface is very well visualized, the graphic levels are optimal and very colorful which facilitates the understanding of what you are seeing on screen, the statistics of the analysis are good, in fact, provides an accurate satellite mapping. The infrastructure is fully hybrid and cloud based which makes it very easy to secure and deploy in enterprise IT services, the authentication controls are very complete our users feel very secure thanks to our verification management, I like that they have built the entire program interface on Linux, it is a more understandable and lighter language than Microsoft. The integration with Azure, Cisco, and IBM are excellent, the metrics provided by the product are accurate, and the alert system works great in fact, when there is a failure in any monitoring system the software alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the biggest problem we have had with the software is its cost, no doubt they are high, negative aspects can also be found in the treatment of the support team when selling the product obtaining the Demo version can become complicated, many interviews and little information. The detection of anomalies and forecasts are not completely infallible, in some cases an error can slip in. When contracting the service they offer 2 years of technical support, but in many occasions the requests that we make for the failures take a long time to obtain an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are specialists in the IT area, we decided LogicMonitor because it allows us to monitor the infrastructure of the websites we develop, as well as complement and integrate with other planning functions for design, maintenance and data migration. The development of applications is another important point in our company, the tool has given us a better deployment in our services offering better security and authenticating all the applications we develop, especially those of banking, insurance and financial services. With LogicMonitor we also provide backup and recovery support, complex data migration and optimize the performance of all our applications in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I like about LogicMonitor is that it acts as a unified observability montoring tool. Also, when it comes to network and database monitoring, LogicMonitor provides exceptional data capabilities. The reports and dashboards that are generated are very much detailed and purely data oriented which helps us make better overall decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I do not have any major dislike or dissatisfaction about LogicMonitor. Their support is also of top quality.

With the help of LogicMonitor, we are able to keep a better track of all our website changes. Additionally, the customizations provided by LogicMonitor for the dashboards are very much beneficial for us to dwelve deep into the required data points.

What do you like best about the product?
I found installation and implementation of LogicMonitor software very easy, the most important features to consider is its logical monitoring in the cloud, which is accurate and yields very complete results. The software also works very well for infrastructure monitoring with unmatched protection and security, from the platform you can work with containers and virtual machines, LogicMonitor's feature set is extensive and complements very well the projection of our IT department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like having to contact the support team to know the exact price of the package I wanted to hire, I think they should have the plans displayed directly on the website, and not perform so much protocol for testing the product, of course the price is exorbitantly expensive, but the software really meets all the requirements for which it was created, it would be very useful more integrations, you could give more frequent use and the work would be more consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this program in our company we perform daily monitoring of containers, remotes, databases and websites. Basically with the program we get detailed analysis of all our models and a presentation of detailed reports for field work, with these analyses we can detect anomalies and verify how the infrastructure of our systems works. The alerts are also an important point that the program gives us, as it is always aware of all the tasks assigned to it and to notify them.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and well-defined when performing the relevant monitoring, scrolling through all the network functions was really very easy to perform, the user interface is perfectly understandable, any user who is experienced in this type of program can execute the tasks without novelties. The implementation of the software was in conclusion a simple task to perform from the first moment, the installation and management of the program was assisted at all times and the technical staff did an excellent job for our organization, the customer service deserves 10/10 very attentive at all times and pending of any detail from the initial installation to the end. The use of the software is really simple as I said before we frequent its use 3 times a week, the options to monitor infrastructure, networks, servers, are top-notch I consider already with experience in this type of programs, that LogicMonitor combines the monitoring options in one place, and we have access to all these benefits, the number of functions is unlimited with more than 10 monitoring functions, it adapts to all needs. It integrates very well with Office 365 and Slack, and for the IT area its work in conjunction with ServiceNow is a very complete, and indispensable tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really experienced problems with the program throughout these 2 years of use, I consider that the updates are usually late, but it is understandable, the program is extensive, and each update should be monitored, I would like much more customization for the user interface, also the reports could be periodic and have more information than what is provided, Another important detail that I would like to take into account is that the licenses are expensive and not always the same cost vary according to user needs, and do not establish a base price on the website, also the contact for obtaining the trial version is late and leaves much to be desired.

We offer network infrastructure services, we manage large amounts of interconnected networks so having LogicMonitor in our company we can monitor these networks periodically to ensure proper operation, it has also allowed us with comprehensive work to detect anomalies in the data center if a product fails, LogicMonitor will warn us with their diagrams and studies that something is malfunctioning, it has also allowed us to optimize the security we can monitor the infrastructure of the servers optimizing every detail for use.
