Neat tool, exceptionally stable, and good for scaling up the functional testing

1 The combination of OS and Browsers covers almost all our scope of testing
2 Automation testing has a minimal learning curve; quality of support docs and individual support are sorted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lambdatest mainly for automated cross browser testing. Quite often, some of us use it for real time testing as well. Most of our projects are with tight deadlines; after moving to lambdatest parallel CBT is allowing use some extra time for delpoyment. It is integrated with our CICD tool as well, so testing in our pipeline is almost sorted.
The platform is intuitive enough that we did not require any help from their support team in the last 6 months.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a demo first. Clarify for the stable version of app testing if you need it.

Saves us so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have a single sysetm that allows me to test on many different platforms, operating systems and browsers. Having the ability to use a tunnel to acces my local dev version of a site is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had on a couple of occasions the VM not honoring the resolution I selected at startup, but I just had to restart the session and it's all OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves me so much time because I'm able to test across various platforms and browsers very quickly. Using LambdaTest has meant I can retire a PC that was only used for browser testing.
Exceptional customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
The first time I logged in to play with the system, I was able to talk with a real human being that answered my questions. Lambla scheduled a follow-up phone call to walk me through all the features that I was interested in and needed for my work. I have never experienced such quality customer service on any online product I used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. Everything so far was working great.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been going through tough times with all the COVID restrictions. Our budget has really been tested. Lambatest really came through for us when we needed it most. Nithya Nanda gave us the best service yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't falter anything at all. They did not hesitate to assist me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always need to test on multiple browsers and operating systems and with the latest big SUR update on Mac we had a few issues we needed to solve. It really makes our lives easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were neither able to be consistent nor able to scale up our pre-production testing process which eventually became a bottleneck for faster deployment. With cloud infrastructure from LambdaTest, we are able to run our tests on almost all the browsers and operating systems. Underpass is also a useful app to create a tunnel connection, without any fuss of the command line. We have a .NET application so AppVeyor CI bodes well for our CI/CD pipeline, the integration with LambdaTest and Appveyor allowed us to test our build at each code commit, effortlessly. Slack App for screenshot testing is also giving us sweet mileage in the form of time savings by allowing us to capture full page screen capture with a simple command. And share it instantly across our teammates on slack.
Great testing platform with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Real Time testing for quick checks and debugging older browsers have been a lifesaver. Using the local tunnel has been especially helpful with this.
Automation works well in parallel and has helped us catch edge cases on devices we don't manually test on.
We make use of the Jira integration to track bugs, but they have plenty of other great integrations.
Their pricing is the best that I've found.

They don't have real mobile devices yet, but I'm assured that is coming very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to test across multiple devices and platforms without having to have those devices in-house keeps our application reliable.

Definitely try LambdaTest before you try any of the others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy LambdaTest makes it to test web pages across multiple devices with ease. Just because the web page may look good on one device, does not necessarily mean it will work on others. LambdaTest has saved me multiple times during my web page presentations for clients where I caught the website issue during the testing phase. Especially useful when making this work with both IOS and Android. I would highly recommend this to any designer and developer to test the front end before shipping out the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think LambdaTest does a fine job at testing websites and find HTML/CSS bugs. Nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes just because your website loads fine for you does not mean it may load fine for your clients / users. I have had multiple times that the web page would look good on my devices (Android) but as soon as my client would review the website, they would notice bugs that did not exist on Android but did exist on IOS. This helps me catch those HTML / CSS rendering errors before they do. This saves alot of time and make you look more professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried others for web testing but LambdaTest is the easiest to use.

Our team rely on LambdaTest for realtime and automated browser testing. It's a really well designed and intuitive product that offers a great range of browsers across desktop, tablet and mobile, covering all common testing requirements. For more advanced users, LambdaTest can be easily incorporated into your CI/CD workflow. It's competitively priced and the support is excellent. For anyone looking for a browser testing solution, I'd highly recommend giving this a trial.

- The optional LT Browser helps us with the manual testing, but still needs some more features to do everything we want. Still, none of the competitors even supply a full test browser.

What do you like best about the product?
From the time you sign-up for a trial to the time you start running your automated tests on LambdaTest, you will be working with a top-quality team and a top-quality product. I like how simple and effective this solution is. I have personally run 100s of tests and not once did i have a glitch that threw me off. The video playback, the build runs within tests, the ability to take screenshots, and all the integrations provided within LambdaTest is simply built to be a valuable toolkit for your QA ecosystem. I highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to the native app testing solution.
