What do you like best about the product?
We can schedule a call, which we can maximize our time.

I think the limited option for color template

None so far, it's convenient to use

I would suggest putting a "hang up option" every inbound call

What do you like best about the product?
The view is slique and professional looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shortcut keys to end the call specially in case a ghost call has been received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at the moment but it will be beneficial since it looks precise than the previous app that we use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recomment this tool to all organization as it is very efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features I found about Nice is being able to report issues of disconnect calls real time. It's very essential in our job to take as many calls as we can and having one disconnected can have a big impact. So being able to report it immediately can help us identify and fix the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nice that we can change the color of the interface but It would be better if we can have more colors to choose from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most common problems are disconnect calls. The option to report them through Nice saves us much time and immediately fixes the issue
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely the best tool I have ever used in taking calls. It's user friendly and has a lot of features that helps us to be more efficient in doing our main task

able to overview discuss student's financial aid over the phone without them coming in to the campus

There is nothing about the NICE phone I dislike, it is a prefect product for my company

able to overview and package a student from home on student lunch breaks at work, student enroll and start the program of chorce

What do you like best about the product?
Practical, minimal, easy of use, a great feature to connect everyone, and of course WFO friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too crowded. All information is packed in that tiny windows when trying to do something besides calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the widget we fasten the process of helping those in need.

Don't be afraid to pick up the phone, with NICE CXone, you only talk and the widget does the rest! Wonderfull!!!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about NICE CXone is that you can schedule a callbacks to your customer or client. This tool helps me and my team mate to never missed a follow-ups! Kudos to that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Except the colored templates. I think you should have more options to make in classy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the business to save time and effort. Instead of using two or three diferrent tools just to dial or call a number one tool is enough. For the employees part, they will never missed an inbound calls anymore because of the ring tone feature.

For those business owners who needs an efficient, ease access I highly recommend to purchase Nice

What do you like best about the product?
The nice has great features that make my work much convenient. And one of the best thing here is that you can document and make an appointment inside the software that will serve as a reminder for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of this software is Sometimes it shows that call is connected but there is no voice from other side for few seconds. The connection in calls is quite a hassle because we can't understand each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lacks settings, more options to customize.
In some calls, it makes a loud noise when the phone is calling, like a machine gun.
Sometimes the number that shows up for the person who is receiving the call

Use NICE CXone if you are the person who needs a constant reminder for your outbound calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is good, and it updates every 5-10 seconds, so it's pretty up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MAX function is so buggy. It crashes all the time, and it's hard to go for a full day without an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's suitable for tracking your productivity for the day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have a search bar to search for the skill/person we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate having to have an active call through skype to use it. I don't like not being able to transfer to extensions through it and instead having to call the whole number. It isn't that user-friendly, to be honest. I cant see the name of the person calling or who im speaking with whether it be an internal rep or a customer so it calls for awkward conversations and introductions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to see the numbers of calls in queue is nice. But really that's it.
