What do you like best about the product?
we just switched to this and its been great. very user-friendly. It's been easy to get used to, and we haven't had any issues with it. I also like that you can see your team's statuses and reports etc
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't really dislike anything about it. Its been easy, good change, and no issues with it. we have no complaints and our managers really like it as well. We're happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we started a new phone system, we're bettering our business processes, upgrading to newer technologies, and we really like it so far. we've only used it for a few months so far

What do you like best about the product?
Since day one inContact has been one of the core tools we use in the workplace to call potential candidates. It has been easy to use and understand even for our newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't get me wrong everyone has flaws. Occasionally our in contact calls won't get through or receiving calls automatically are refused if you hit accept. However, as a whole inContact is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using an internal phone instead of using an associate's personal phone adds a layer of security and convenience on the go. Associates no longer have to use their personal numbers to contact candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a work phone that is built into your work computer, in contact is for you.

The feature about Nice that makes this unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time that it load, its too slow. it could have been improved. there are sone disconnected calls but it can be reported
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times that it is not loading

Utilize all the features so you can maximize the whole purpose of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is simple to use and easy to manage.

It isn't as reliable as I would like it to be. sometimes it crashes and does not work.

It's a good way to keep in touch with contacts.

It allows us to change the color of the interface

Some of the features are not working. Like after blue prompt

The scheduled training/coaching. It allows us to log an activity.

I would recommend Nice to my colleague because it's easy to use and helpful to everyone. It has a lot of features that helps us to do our job efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize my own dash
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes, when customizing a dash, it will glitch and not allow me to place an object on the screen where I would like it to be. Instead, it would be nice to place widgets wherever I like on the screen rather than having to fight the program auto-placing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of our incoming calls in queue as well as keep up on our agents' statuses in order to be sure everyone is utilizing their time according to company policy

The queue management and dashboards you can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading issues that sometimes occur while loading different reports.

It's helping to allow us to monitor our queues and help avoid unwanted dispositions our agents use.

Utilize all the tools you have and educate yourself on things you don't know already in the system.

I like the ease of use when making calls via MAX
What do you dislike about the product?
The newest update has made it more difficult to navigate to the options I typically use as a supervisor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having remote agents NICE is easily accessed by remote agents is very helpful.

What I liked best about NICE CXone is that it is very user-friendly.

One thing that I could dislike about NICE CXone is its lack of color choices.
