What do you like best about the product?
I love most of the different types of tagging
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take me a few attempts to get a report settings accurate and multiple screen pop up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can custom create dashboards to review my team stats and performance on the phone

Its been a good experienced, minor issues but overall good app

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and compatibility of the product that makes it easier to use the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent blank screens that need refreshing or clearing the cache

I haven't encountered any significant problems. The benefits are the compact design of the console

not being able to save contacts to call for future dates

It's very user-friendly! It's beneficial to our jobs, and this saves our time

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the feature where you can select the colors of the interface. Precise application and looks very simple. The quality is effective and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited color of the interface only. The color that I want or is cool to my eyes is not included in the choice. But it is just okay. Maybe next time, the color will be improved by the developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment. It is helpful, and looking forward to bringing comfort to our work. I am more productive than ever. This is perfect! I hope this will be permanent.

I highly recommend this app to be used by all organizations as it is effortless to use.

With a simple layout and interface, it's easy to use and find what you're looking for.

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about it.

I work remotely, so it helps me connect to the customers I'm serving as well as my teammates.

If you're looking for something that is easy to understand and use, then I would definitely recommend NICE CXone.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to add new specialties to switch into when changing departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that the program will crash after about 6 hours when in one disposition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CXone allows workers to stay on track with their breaks and when shifting to new pivots.

None that I can tell. The product is superb

The time logs and as well for cx communications, was able to manage work efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
It helps with coaching to improve productivity. And you can pick the type of integrations you install with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It's really easy to use and works with almost any type of integrated service. So far anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to analyze and get accurate results from calls. Meaning I know how to better set performance levels for my team.
