What do you like best about the product?
I am a current user of this software and can attest that this software is great, reliable, and extremely user friendly. I would recommend for all my business partners and colleagues to use. You are able to track productivity with your team and it takes 5 minutes to become familiar with the system. I love that there are various statuses that you are able to add, or delete to make it customizable to know where your team members are at all time. I love that it shows the run time for calls as well to show how long you have been on a call. It also have the option for recording calls for play back for quality assurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the software that I dislike about this software. I believe that it covers all of the basis that I would expect to run efficently and effectively. I rarely ever have issues with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of integrating the phone systems together. Through this one system, I am able to make outbound and inbound phone calls, make conference calls, and it has caller ID so I can view the caller phone numbers to locate their profile in the system. The system allows you to track productivity of your team and it is highly user friendly to use. I love that there are various statuses that you are able to add, or delete to make it customizable to know where your team members are at all time. I love that it shows the run time for calls as well to show how long you have been on a call. It also have the option for recording calls for play back for quality assurance.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is fast and very easy to manage, this means that in my experience anyone even without a lot of knowledge of technology could be able to use it. It helps you also to track your times very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really think I wouldn't say I like something, the app is very easy and friendly with even for non-technology people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How fast we can communicate between the offices, the companies, our co-workers and also with the clients.

Easy to use phone system

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting within the program. I can see all my agents and what they have been doing all throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that you have to click out of a task in order to make a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The beneifts of the program is time management throughout the day and what we can to to better help our agents manage the day

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to access all items, It is also very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, i received access to Nice CXone just yesterday so there is nothing i dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The help option in the top right when seeking more in-depth detail on a subject comes in real handy for new users like me!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already use Nice for your recording platform and Cisco systems, there are always secondary options out there.

ability to quickly get a call center up and running to help move along our projects, benefits have been that we are able to keep all of the moving pieces of a project in house with little need to outsource

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is nice and easy to navigate. A lot of prebuilt reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uses Chrome to run the MAX client, instead of an actual pc application, thus created a lot of unnecessary issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice is our current call center solution and it is a decent product when it works. We are using audio, chatbots and email function on NICE.

What do you like best about the product?
NICE CXone has a good connection to be able to provide a consistent reliable service. The platform allows for easy structuring of time and tasks while still providing flexibility and a multitude of task options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited ability to customize the format and visual layout of the platform. The platform could be more aesthetically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NICE CXone helps to organize the day and provides reminders for specific tasks to be completed within the allotted time frame.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for a large group that needs organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NICE for less than a year and what I like most about it are the practicality and efficiency it offers, not to mention that it's very easy to use. The interface is attractive and easy to use. However, NICE is excellent in everything it proposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I don't use NICE much, I just use it to log in and take my breaks, NICE works really well. I never had any problems with NICE. In all the time I used NICE the system crashed twice, but nothing that bothered me or anything like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me and everyone who works with me were having problems with the tool we used before NICE InContact. We had problems opening the tool and logging in, with NICE we no longer have these problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't used NICE for a long time, but for as long as I use it, I can say that NICE is excellent, practical, simple, and easy to use.
