NICE CXone, is it meant for you?
What do you like best about the product?
The buttons are nice and crisp! The fact that the volume is right on front and the big red hang up button is nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I have with it is it takes control of the inbound volume so if you are using zoom and taking calls, it takes priority. It can be almost impossible to hear team members and that makes things difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its something we use at work. As far as any REAL benefit to it, it acts as a softphone for us and i havent used any other softphone in like 20 years. Same applies for any realizations persay.

bad connection problems, undue breaks, and lack of history, everything that changed in these matters was beneficial.

I like the ease of access of this system, including quick sign-ins.

The temperamentality of the phone system, not able to work if the headset is disconnected; therefore, you are required to sign out and back in.

It is allowing me to solve the general problems of the general public. I appreciate the coherency of the system.

The only thing I don't like is about the logout we have to do in another window and we can't or forget.

I dislike that you have to quickly press unavailable; if not, calls keep coming in without a chance to clear your screen.
