What do you like best about the product?
É um programa fácil de usar e tem várias opções de uso. Muito útil e agilidoso, tem um layout bem bonito e simples de usar, porém se tivesse uma opção de trocar a cor do layout seria mais legal, muitas pessoas tem preconceito por ser um programa novo e sempre dizem que preferem o programa anterior, porém temos sempre que inovar em cima da melhoria como um todo. Se tiver opção de mudar a cor do layout creio que as pessoas possam gostar mais de utilizar o programa. Uma coisa que gosto muito é a opção de poder falar com o cliente e outro operador na mesma call, facilita bastante.
What do you dislike about the product?
O nice derruba ligações, fica mudo quando as ligações estão chamando, as vezes não ouço o cliente, o sistema cai e não consigo logar, as vezes minha pausa entra sozinha. Quando a ligação não completa aparece uma imagem de erro, se viesse escrito "não completa" ficaria mais fácil o entendimento pois os operadores acabam achando que está com problema no acesso. Na hora de transferir ligações na maioria das vezes não funciona. Creio que resolvendo esses problemas ficaria perfeito.

O fato de não precisar colocar numero dos cartões e ficar em call com mais de uma pessoa.

What do you like best about the product?
In Contact makes client calls so much easier and quicker! There are several options to personalize depending on your business setup, so super easy!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it with salesforce and with ring central and sometimes I have to reset all 3 of them. Maybe making it a little more versatile to go between apps?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickness is a huge thing with this app and that is a huge benefit!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that NICE is nice and easy to use. It guides you on what to do and where to go. It also helps with telling me who or when someone is calling or has called. They help me with my schedule! NICE always reminds me when I am supposed to work and also when I have a break coming up. You can change your settings on NICE to the way you PERSONALLY like it! You can see the ACD and reporting on there as well if you are a supervisor. NICE also has a help button for anything you need help with. They have where you can conact them right then and there if you want to leave feedback as well. NICE is awesome, and I would recommend everyone looking to use NICE to use it! I have been using NICE for over 3 years, and I have never had a problem with NICE!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about NICE. I like everything about NICE! NICE is a great site to use, and I suggest everyone use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved plenty of problems with NICE and have noticed many benefits that come with NICE. I love how NICE shows me my schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PLEASE consider using NICE! They are fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone. They help me out with my schedule, calls, and just making everything a more straightforward process overall.

What do you like best about the product?
This inContact application is user-friendly. Its interface is simple and easy to understand. Everything in this is application is efficient to use. It makes our work a lot easier and the process be more effective. The best thing in this application is it build camaraderi within the team. It helps us resolve issue even if we are in diffferent location. This application can be integrated to different application as well. It is very flexible and is coping to the modern world. This is very helpful to company with diffent office location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about this application since it is beneficial to us. I guess the price if ill look into deeper analization when it comes to business. I hope that every company will afford to use this application since not evryone is willing to spend in this kind of application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the barrier in location. We need to communicate with different countries all over the world. In contact, the application helps us to connect to other parties. Even if we are in different location. It makes us feel that we are not working far away from one another. This application became the bridge of the company to reach each and everyone even if we are residing from different countries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This application is a must-try since it is very convenient and efficient to use. I highly recommend using this application to give solutions to industry problems. It is very helpful as an employee working on a telecomunication. Given now that BPO is indemand this is one of the application that is needed in the company. It will help the company to grow and be ahead to other.

What do you like best about the product?
what i like best about nice is how simple it is to answer the call with the number already recorded so i can put it on my notes
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike about nice is how many error conections i get through out my days i get many error connections with a customer which cuts the call before even answering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
technical support nice has to many issues connecting to calls sometimes

i would recommend nice because it keeps calls flowing aswell as registered incase theres any issues it saved the callers number

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it is a good tool for handling incoming phone calls in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find anything I dislike about NICE InContact! It does everything I need it to do in my work role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of InContact is that it makes me and my colleagues able to efficiently help our companies customers when they reach out to us.

I recommend starting working with NICE InContact! It is a very reliable and professional tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to navigate. User Friendly and easy to read
What do you dislike about the product?
the system is unreliable where our agents constantly have to restart the program because either the caller can't hear them or they can't hear the caller. The system will drop calls while they are speaking to customers. This has been the same experience for most of the teams we work with within our company who also use NICE.

Also, there are so many reports that should be showing the same data but they do not. For example, the prrebuilt reports will show how many calls we take in a day and the SLA. But the custom reports with the same perameters will show different data.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to solve for poor customer/user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cisco Finesse was very reliable and did not have as many issues we are experiencing with NICE

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful option is the performance tab on the MAX agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the logoff occur automatically and require to log on again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving customer inbound contacts with NICE. The call quality is good and the it's the benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NICE is very easy to be used and junior employees can use that easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation makes working go a lot smoother. It is a seamless process when I am working at a different workstation. Being able to just log in from another desk is a great tool. The window is small and continues to work even when I accidentaly exit the window. With it running in the background of my computer screen I am able to resume my work without the window interupting my screen until needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more notifications. If I were able to see or hear notifications, I could quickly resume the task. When I miss a call I sometimes do not notice for 10+ minutes because the only way to know is if I open the window or look at my phone. I would like the option to automatically be placed available after missing a call. We are not a high-volume call team, I would like to see a simpler home screen or maybe a small widget in the taskbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the log and the work being done has made the day-by-day easier. We are able to easily transfer calls between teams and without having the cutomer wait too long. It has helped multitasking become a smoother process. We are reletivly new to phone systems and everyone has had similar experiences with ease of connection and ease of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have never encountered an issue or any drawbacks.
