Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. It is so easy to use and I rarely have any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I do often run into a weird "busy" error message, but I am not sure if that is just because of the phone numbers that I am calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really have any problems that need solving.

I would recommend this product 100%! It is so easy to use and I rarely have problems!

I am helping customers make appointments. We benefit from the timekeeping features.
NICE program
What do you like best about the product?
Everything seems to be working great.Nothing to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, NICE; we use it to call patients it works very well. But one issue I have I don't know if it's my system or the program, but after a couple of hours on NICE, it will show "voice lagged," and it will log me off. Other than that, everything is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit I've seen with NICE is that we don't have to use our phones to contact patients. we can call from a program that shows them our company number, not just a random number

I do like that an entire suite of services is provided. Depending on your business needs this may be a fantastic software package.

There were several functionalities that were promised before our company signed that were not only not available but were not made available after they were requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly putting in requests for updates and changes with the NICE team. We do have the benefit of contact tracking, and there have been several requests for visibility and reporting that their team has fulfilled for us.

I would talk to others that use the system rather than the sales team.

With this excellent feature, we don't need to put the card numbers in every call, making our work easier and making our service more agile, and the part of making calls is perfect.

I would suggest reaching out to them and asking for a demonstration. Worth it! It is super simple to use.

1. Some calls, it makes a loud noise when the phone is calling;
2. Sometimes the costumer can't keep talking cause it disturbs, some noise gate would be very usual;
3. Always need to update all systems to work properly;
4. The connect button appears every hour, so be careful not to miss the call;

We realized that we always need to connect the agent, this was resolved when the connection time became longer, but it is still necessary to be always connecting the extension.

The nice incontact is easy to access, without many details and simple to use, it doesn't crash and has a clean connection without noise or disturbances during the call.

when ending the contact, what I don't like is the noise of ending the contact.
