Great Experience with NICE inContact

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, billing is easy to understand, and never any issues with service working. We have been a customer of NICE inContact for several years and I would recommend them to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides or dislikes. Since we first started with NICE inContact we have never had any issues which has been so nice.
The only dislike I am finding at the moment is this survey - it makes no sense that it does not include long distance service as one of the services that NICE inContact provides and I am wondering how my old office manager came about this service. It is very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NICE inContact for our long distance needs only. We are aware of their other services but as a small company, we currently are not in need of these other services at this time. Pricing for long distance service is easy to understand and billing is streamlined and easy to comprehend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not have any at this time being that we only have long distance with NICE inContact and have not utilized any of the other products or services available. In the future I would be happy to provide a review if we ever decide to use them.

I am using this to take calls and help customers . This website has great speed and quality .

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to read bills and service is dependable. Website is easy to use. Customer service is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for making an ACH payment using my checking account. As of current, there is only an option to pay online with a credit card. Having an ACH/checking account option would be a nice feature for paying online as many accounts payable departments don't use credit cards but they would like to pay online with the company checking account. It would also be nice if you could save the company checking account in the online system for easy access on a monthly basis to pay the bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I have no problems with this product. It is reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Good user interface when working, user-friendly when working as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to get service issues resolved in a timely manner, most of the responses we've gotten blame our internet speed even after that's been checked and is not the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work-force Management and call reporting is simplified.

The platform with Incontact to clock in and clock out is very easy to use

There is nothing that I have come across that needs improvement

What do you like best about the product?
How fast it is to connect to the max agent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would say i dislike it how sometimes it has a delay in my calls or sometimes they cant hear me at all or i cant hear them and i have to reboot the entire system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me solve problems by calling back to places that need call back with nearly no issues
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be amazing if there was zero issue with hearing out of max or them hearing me. But, i understand that nothing is perfect and i cant expect it to be.. But if people do happen to have that trouble i would recommend unplugging and plugging the headphones back in to see if that works. if not then unfortunately, you'd have to restart the whole system which is time consuming especially if you have goals you need to reach. . It gets hard to reach that goal when there are times where in connect or max just doesnt want to work or catch whatever it is you're saying. as well as it getsz frustrating having to reboot the system due to them not hearing you and you not hearing them . That would be my only issue with it. other than that it does the job.... another thing that would be cool is if they connected the orgs with Chartfinder, that way when a new org comes in it pops up on chart finder as well.

I like the analytics part of NICE its very helpful

sometimes it is laggy so when im making calls my voice to them is laggy

I've realized that with the analytics feature I've been able to grow a lot more

What do you like best about the product?
Nie inContact is the best platform at what it does, it connects multiple teams of people with custom structures into a centralized Group that can be managed, monitored, and reviewed with ease. The different integrations that can be done with inContact make it a versatile software and a great ally in today's business management.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the application can be custom-built with regards to reports and other analytics this can sometimes be a challenge if there isn't a base guideline on which to set your Data to track, some prebuild templates would be greatly appreciated with the ability to add team members to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything contact related in one spot is what we benefit the most from, the contact history as well as the workforce intelligence as tools that help us every day to keep track of our service which is the best important aspect of keeping great service quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust in the product, it will take some time to set it up but it will give you the edge you need for the future.
