It's okay for what it does

What do you like best about the product?
Nice cxone is easy to figure out. The user interface is easy to understand and straight to the point. I like the fact that it shows you the amount of calls in queue. There is also lots of helpful tools to keep track of your calls. I've never quite gotten a chance to utilize the "message" feature, so I am not sure how effictive or efficient it is. The "Agent Reports" tool allows for agents to see what skills or queues they have been placed into.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I have gathered using this program at three different call center jobs is that it's full of bugs. Many times I get stuck in between aux states and it takes a while to initialize the softphone or just doesnt initialize at all. The main problem I've experienced with nice cxone is that I am unable to take calls sometimes due to it's erratic nature. Many times I find myself having to restart over 3 or 4 times to get to a point where I can receive or make a call. I have submitted numerous trouble tickets and missed hours of time due to issues with the softphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to take calls as well as make outbound calls to efficiently process cases at work. It keeps me from having to get a hard phone line and exposing my personal information to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you run call center operations and are in search of a simple to use softphone or auto dialer this is a great product to utilize

What do you like best about the product?
The option to leave feedback through the app makes it quick to report issues

The fact that some days the connection and sound work great on other days it is a literal headache

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is super clean, and I believe that even my 5-year-old nephew could quickly figure out how to navigate the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual nature of the website isn't attractive. Everything is very bold, and plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NICE is assisting me with viewing my work schedule. It helps me to remain attentive. This is app is beneficial for the supervisors as it creates a more effortless flow for assigning timesheets for my colleagues and me.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, I love the user experience with how powerful the training is to guide full usability of the platform and quick and courteous support is with issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there I do not have any specific dislikes. The platform and account management with our other business units have been great to make sure there are no dislikes that stay a dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating additional IVR's and lines for each business unit to offer phone support and unified connectivity between LOB's for calls and issues to work cohesively.

What do you like best about the product?
NICE incorporates many of the everyday standard sales tools into one platform. By doing this, it allows for a more effective and efficient sales process for Sales representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requesting time off via NICE requires a separate log-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NICE makes it easier to access client data with fewer keystrokes. When you're in busy mode, this goes a long way to saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of incontact that I like the best is that it is very user-friendly. I have been using incontact for over a year and even with the updates and changes to the layout of their product it is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is really anything that I dislike about incontact. I have never had any issues with it and like I said above, it is easy to use. This is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use incontact to view my schedule and make any changes to my schedule. I like that I can request a day off or request that my break be at a specific time all within this module. It makes everything very convenient for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the operating system is great. The sign in process is simple and straight forward. Transferring, answering and conferencing calls is an easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a little slow but that could also be an issue on my end. My computer isn't the quickest and that could be the reasoning for the slow system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my CSR needs are met. The system operates as it should.

Greatest tool for working from home!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how there is no need for a land line connection since nowadays it is rare to find them in homes, making this the perfect tool to perform from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really I can say I do not like about it, only once I had an issue where I was muted, and the app failed to do so, therefore causing me an embarrassing moment with a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection is excellent!!! It lets you interact with your clients just as or even better than a landline or a cellphone would!! Never had I had such experience in a call center job.

What do you like best about the product?
In all my years of working on dialers, I can honestly say that this particular one has made my job so much easier! I have all the necessities I need to conduct a consistent professional call with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about this product that I can say needs improvement. Cxone doesn't disappoint! I am genuinely pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this particular product, it just makes my calls seem so much easier and more professional. The system navigation is easy, especially with cxone. They really make my calls a lot simpler and easier to handle.

How the customer can place comments and statements on the app and around the world new technologies being invented and nice cx one is one of the best tech there is now in this time and year and millinium
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all persons can access the site, and they have constant log-in errors occurring when trying to access the site; I would like quicker access if possible at this time, just if your can overview my request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
that it can assist any agent anywhere across the world customer can sen any feedback, it shows how we generally appreciate the customer's point of view and business
