What do you like best about the product?

Absolutely incredible software. Easy to use and figure out. Tons of customizable options. Teramind has exceeded our expectations. Customer Service is fast, responsive and knowledgeable too. Very very pleased with our experience so far of using them over a year now.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only things we've found so far are specific features we wish it had for our specific use cases: field level black out on websites, one way audio recording when making VOIP calls, and remote control when the PC doesn't have an active user session.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We searched for solutions that took screen captures of our computers for documentation purposes in case of incidents with our employees but found Teramind allowed us actual video recordings and far more functionality than expected.

What do you like best about the product?

The system is user-friendly and has made it much easier for us to manage our remote-based team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish it were easier to spot gaps in activity and productivity, rather than only seeing it as a percentage of the day. That said, there are some helpful heat maps that I use to figure out who I need to drill down on. It’s a minor concern overall, and I’m only mentioning it because you asked.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Teramind, we didn’t have a tool that made it easy to tell when an employee wasn’t working during their scheduled hours, or when they were using dishonest tactics to make it look like they were. Teramind makes it easy to spot these kinds of situations.

What do you like best about the product?

It has a user friendly user interface. Smooth performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Just the queue in tech support agent sometimes it's too long

KPI dashboard, monitoring of team members availability and productivity

I like that it is a full recording and cannot be disputed. Keyword alerts are also very helpful.

It is a little bit of a learning curve to figure out how it works. It is not easy to figure out the first time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been great helping me identify work from home employees who are not actually working when they say they are. It gives you that visibility you normally would have in the office and helps you find the wrong people more easily.

It consumes a lot of resources when installed on a VDI.

What do you like best about the product?

I’ve been using Termind, and it easily deserves a perfect 10/10. Compared to other software on the market, its functionality is unmatched.

The GUI is incredibly clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. What really stands out for me is the server management—it is so straightforward and simple that I rarely ever need to contact support. I can easily handle and resolve almost any issue on my own. On top of that, the documentation is outstanding; there is clear, detailed information available for absolutely everything.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free tool!

There isn't any feature that I don't like but every time if I need to change something, my account manager supports me to communicate developers' team and add new feature

there was ad connection issue, Department field show me OU name in Teramind and they release new update and fixed this issue

What do you like best about the product?

Real-time activity monitoring is a great option and fits within 40 characters. Other options include Easy employee monitoring, Powerful security insights, Detailed activity tracking, Reliable user monitoring, and Excellent productivity tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface can be overwhelming at first, and some features have a learning curve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teramind helps us monitor user activity, improve security, ensure compliance, and quickly investigate incidents, making IT management more efficient and proactive.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the peace of mind knowing that remote staff is being monitored for productive time, unproductive time, website usage, emails, and a large variety of warnings.

What do you dislike about the product?

My only problem was getting my reports set up the way I like them. But staff is very helpful in scheduling meeting to help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are so many but, here are few. Seeing who is active at a particular time. What is their productivity level. Website usage. We were even able to listen to a previous conversation that help us to resolve a conflict. So many wonderful uses.

Great for productivity insights, security, live and historical video, and performance analytics

What do you dislike about the product?

It takes a bit of time to setup but there is assistance from outside companies such as 43Tc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can see how the work gets done and identify potential insider threats

The ability to drill down dashboards to what I want to see.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is very hard to navigate TM, and set things up on your own. Our rep, Gabriel, has been extremely helpful. He is always willing to jump on a call to walk me through building something out.

We've had some issues with unclassified sites lately. This information and how to fix it has been beneifical.
