Never without Jiminny!
What do you like best about the product?
It just saves so much time. After a whole day of meetings, getting the summary with all the important details is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I tried many different tools, but this one is the most intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reportings, Summaries, coaching and feedback reviews.
In-depth review tool for meeting recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of processing meetings is impressive, as we're used to waiting an hour for the recording to process itself. With Jiminny, it appears to be somewhat instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas that we haven't explored yet, so wouldn't say there is anything specific at this point..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key reason for exploring Jiminny was that it connects the calls in HubSpot into one central analytics system.

Not appearing as standard on every call.

It is making it a lot easier to understand conversational statistics and the risks from the demo itself as well as the breakdowns.

The team, they are incredible. Super professional and always helping you in a short time with kindness.

Extremely useful, helpful software
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which the recording and analytics, once my sales demo call meeting is finished, which is typically an hour + has been fantastic.
Its ease of use has been great, and it looks really professional when shared demo recording with prospects.
I've found it useful to be able to use as a performance analysis for 1-2-1's.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note so far, `nothing to dislike as it stands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is solving the note taking in the meetings, but giving us AI on creating emails instructions on next steps, identifying potential risks to the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
it makes my life easier and helps me focus on other tasks in my day-to-day.

The ui could maybe be imported slightly.

it allows me to get insite into my calls and allow me to use that feedback to help my growth and hopely close more deals.
Seamless, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great user interface and easy to integrate in our workflow. The AI recap is incredible and saves time taking notes. Jiminny also lets you click on the notes and it will bring you back to the part of the video where the note is based off. There are definitely other use cases that will come from this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time once you load the video link for it to populate a day + meeting within the interface but this doesn't hinder any work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, I am constantly taking notes during our client-facing sales calls. This allows me to record, and takes notes for the team as well as next steps which drastically saves us time and energy, also reduces possible errors in recall.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I dislike about Jiminny. It has worked exactly as promised and even exceeded my expectations in many ways. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and has truly streamlined my workflow. I always feel confident that I’ll get the information I need without any hassle

Jiminny solves the challenge of keeping track of detailed customer conversations and ensuring nothing important gets missed. By recording all meetings, it allows me to accurately generate follow-up emails and capture key insights without relying on memory or manual notes. It also provides valuable analytics on client trends and behavior, which helps me prepare more meaningful updates and strategic insights for my CEO's meetings. This saves me time, improves accuracy, and helps our team make better, data-driven decisions.
Jiminny is a great tool to get meeting summaries and recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The summary it generates and the way it breaks it down into categories like actions items, summary, and key points and also gives you a transcript that you can easily refer to.
I also like the fact that Jiminny makes it very easy for me to refer to any of my team's meetings as well which I might not even have been a part of which is often a big help, especially when I need to catch up on a meeting after returning from a vacation.

I don't like the fact that if even one participant doesn't opt in to have the call recorded, no recording is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easy way to go back and refer to earlier meetings and extract meeting summaries for reporting and record keeping purposes.
Because of that I dont need to manually take notes and manually write summaries for reporting and I can devote my time to more important stuff.
