Awesome product that is a must for all remote meetings

Great notetaking with the ability to pull out key points and create an AI synopsis of any call

The AI email isn't capable of being trained so it doesn't learn how to become better or change its style and tone.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Jiminny so far has been nothing short of fantastic. From the very first interaction with Tom, their CEO, it was clear we were in safe and capable hands. Tom’s approachable yet professional demeanor set the tone for the entire journey, and the rest of the team have delivered just as well. The sales process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly pressure-free. There was no hard sell. Jiminny let the value of its product speak for itself, which I really appreciated.
The trial period was equally impressive. We felt well-supported and guided throughout, with any questions promptly addressed by the team. The onboarding process has been a standout as well, with everything running seamlessly and efficiently. Nikhil, Lauren, and Harry have all been fantastic, offering expert guidance and ensuring we’re making the most of the platform from the start.
Now let’s talk about the product itself. Jiminny’s AI call software has quickly become an integral part of our Sales Team’s workflow. The insights it provides are already proving to be invaluable, helping us better analyse our calls and refine our approach. The team has embraced the platform wholeheartedly, and “Asking Jiminny” has become a go-to step for reviewing deals and gaining actionable insights!
Overall, Jiminny has exceeded our expectations both in terms of the product and the people behind it. I would highly recommend Jiminny to any sales team looking to improve their processes, gain deeper insights, and ultimately drive better results.

Being able to listen to a BDM and CSM community en-masse in a way we've never been able to before.
From the earliest stages of the trial period we were gaining deal insights and making efficiency gains in terms of BDM/CSM productivity.

I think it is great to be able to look at specific calls from either different team members or different types of clients, to expand your knowledge, learn new things & focus on other areas you wish to improve or develop on

Sometimes I wish the trasnscript feature could be slightly clearer to digest

It is great for my own personal learning and development, I can go over my calls and analyse the areas I want to improve on. It is also great to look at other team members calls and learn things from them too

Its super easy to navigate,even the not so tech savvy would have a clear and fair understanding about Jiminny.And the dashboard gives you a power to manage anything and everything with ease.

It is really useful for L&D purposes to review calls and how they went. The analytics are also interesting.

This is more of an internal issue but if I change my password, I get locked out of Jiminy and require IT support.

The intellegent summaries of each call make it so easy to review, I'm constantly listening to calls.
Chloe has been super helpful in setting up the system and spent loads of time helping us figure out all the features.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could leave voice and/or video feedback on calls. I feel like it would add a more personal touch to coaching through Jimminy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jimminy, it was a massive pain to find and listen to discovery calls that I had booked. Now it's super easy to find and isten to the calls.
A great Gong alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
I’ll be honest - I was a bit apprehensive at first. Having been a Gong user for a while, I wasn’t sure if making the switch would be worth it. But it definitely was.
From day one, the implementation process was smooth and straightforward. Setting up integrations with Outreach and HubSpot was surprisingly simple, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Mike Thomas for his stellar support on the integrations side and Chloe Cross for her fantastic guidance from a Customer Success perspective. They both made what could have been a daunting process relatively simple.
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and the ability to embed Jiminny calls directly into other tools we use has been a game-changer.
The new AI features have also been a standout for me. They’re genuinely helpful, not gimmicky, and they make analysing calls and gaining insights far quicker and more efficient.

Like with most things, it wasn’t 100% perfect from the get-go. Initially, we had a few teething issues with Jiminny connecting to/joining our Google Calls. However, the team was incredibly proactive in resolving this, and once the Sidekick was up and running, it worked like a charm.
The only other thing I’d flag is a bit more niche. Because I was the admin who initially set up the Outreach integration, my account became linked to it. This was frustrating later on when I tried to remove my Outreach account (since I no longer needed it for my role) but still needed access to Jiminny. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a bit of an inconvenience that I had to work around.
All that said, the support from the Jiminny team has been top-notch throughout. They’ve been on hand to help resolve any hiccups along the way.

It means we can bring more transparency into our process and give prospects the opportunity to revisit key moments or share relevant parts with their wider teams. This has been especially useful when dealing with multiple stakeholders, as it avoids the classic "telephone game" where messages get misinterpreted as they’re passed along.
Post-call, Jiminny really comes into its own. The insights it provides allow us to reflect on what went well, where we can improve, and identify recurring themes or objections. It’s like having a personal coach on every call. The shorter, sharper notes generated from the AI mean I’m no longer wasting time writing up detailed summaries — it’s already done for me.
