Jiminny is incredible for remote sales leaders

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Jiminny for over 12 months now and it has helped us manage our remote sales team incredlibly well. It is easy to use and feature rich. Hubspot intergration is very handy. The people at Jiminny are also one of the key drivers we stay. Very helpful and will to support us across many different timezones from the UK. The ability to be able to share content is also nice, particularly being able to share outside of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I don't really need to speak to Mike and the CS team too often. Once set up and trained it has been seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding all of the conversations that lead up to a deal close is very interesting. The context is great for any problems that may arise later. Yes - Jimminy has improved performance.

It is also a great knowldege back to support onboarding new sales team members.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use
- Customer Success manager and technical support
- can be used by multiple teams
- call forwarding , texting
- call transcripts and love the new summary option!
- you can invite Jiminny NoteTaker to any call
What do you dislike about the product?
- sometimes the calls do not get transcribed correctly
- sometimes the calls do not save or only partly save the call
- not sure if the above is because of Jiminny or the meeting software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIminny helps with calling, it connects directly with Salesforce and automates a lot of things. It recognizes who is calling, it allows you to train your staff on getting the best delivery and takes a lot of time away from manual tasks.

So Convenient and a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
The meeting analysis on review is amazing. I like the insight on the talking ratios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The side window screen should be able to pop out to where I can move the window out of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To become a better salesperson and I've realized this is a great way to go back and coach my teams performance in meetings.

Wouldn't call any other way!

What do you like best about the product?
-Option to call prospects on my laptop and personal mobile.
- Listen to calls for coaching
- Texting function
- Access to recordings from other team members
- Note-taking during calls
- Call stats- I always think of them when I'm on a call to a prospect
What do you dislike about the product?
- The script at the bottom can be incorrect
- Wait time after making a call to listen back to your call can take longer than 30 minutes
- Sometimes the Jiminny sidekick glitches or freezes, not just for myself but the whole sales team, which can eat into our calling time.
- Sometimes i'm unable to pick up inbound calls- Jiminny freezes

This isn't a particular dislike but it would be ace if there was an option to change our numbers when ringing a prospect.

I cold call a lot of companies and some have saved my number as a sales call, so it would be good to have the option to change. Like a slot machine but for random numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Great coach tool within the SDR team during our call reviews
- Helping with areas in a call SDR's need to qualify
- Also helps to identify where SDR's and AEs can improve in discovery/ demo calls
- Jiminny is a great tool that helps the sales team capture important information from clients. Information can be accessed by cross-functional teams during different stages of the sales cycle i.e. customer success, tech etc.

GO FOR IT!

What do you like best about the product?
The transcripts and shared dashboard among teams- and the playlists we can create to help new starters get up to speed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the platform- the sidekick could do with more functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding our call statistics- patience, talk ratio etc. Not something we've been able to review before!

What do you like best about the product?
How quick and efficient the app is. The feedback tool on calls (brerakdown of call etc,)
What do you dislike about the product?
NA can't really think of anything! Sometimes it doesn't work but it is fixed very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast calls to reach prospects, and the solution works well for outbound calls as well as inbound calls. very useful for tracking

Great tool for SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking my statistics and looking at feedback from my manager. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit confusing integrating into the CRM, not a big issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen back to my calls for coaching. I can improve using the statistics the app gives me.

Great tool for learning and collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to learn - being able to run through calls at 1.75 speed, skip ahead in conversation, use transcript all make it an efficient way to absorb best practice

I have no issues with the software other than there is almost too much informaton to absorb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jiminny to learn from others and review my own performance. It is also useful to share content of a call with others to complement notes

What do you like best about the product?
I think Jiminny is a useful tool, especially when onboarding to learn about a new company, product or sales process. You can listen to different colleagues and learn different styles and tips for selling your products.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes face challenges where the notetaker doesn't always show up to the call; might be an integration issue with the other systems we use?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jiminny to recap my customer calls before our next call - just to make sure I am prepared and knowledgeable on their pain points and where we are in our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it out; give it a shot; it makes recapping meetings and onboarding much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform's comprehensiveness. It is also easy to use once you get the hang of it. The ability to be able to share content is also nice, particularly being able to share outside of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search and categorization features were a bit cleaner. Trying to find an old recording can be difficult at times. The dashboard can be a bit overwhelming.
