    What do you like best about the product?
    I use this program mostly every day to pull airchecks, it works great, several ways to search and different filters to use
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dont like that you have to wait so long to find info, 5 hours seems excessive

    What do you like best about the product?
    Veritone provides great customer service and has built custom solutions for our company. We're able to have frequent conversations with their team and resolve issues quickly. Their platform also allows us to easily switch between customers and to export useful reports and data.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Veritone, like most other offline attribution tools, relies on data connections to external (3rd party) tools such as Google Analytics and as a result are impacted by changes to those tools (e.g. the release of GA4).
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Veritone Attribute allows us to demonstrate the impact of offline media campaigns that use radio and show how those campaigns drive online activity; we're also able to see performance by creative and location to help optimize those campaigns.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The robust data it provides. Much more in-depth than LeadsRx
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Difficulty in getting clients to connect
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Very strong in station performance and creative testing. Clients are increasingly tied to the AE because of the attribution we can provide to them.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how easy the dashboard is and how easy it is to find the info that's going to be most important to a client.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The time it sometimes takes to get a campaign set or get the data.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    A lot of clients are finding we are getting people to their website but its something with their site that isn't converting or keeping people there.

    - works very fastly
    - It´s friendly and easy to use
    - many graphics to analyze data
    What do you dislike about the product?
    In some cases the tool didnt´t read total radio ads or GA in a right way. The support team helped us with all these issues but I would like to use the tool working 100% very well.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    - Demonstrate to our clients that radio is a strong media to drive traffic to their websites.
    - Keep investments of our regular clients
    - Increase sales with new advertisers
    - Get more trust in radio from our clients.

    Take a trial period in order to verify if this tool will be very helpfully for your business.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Veritone attribution platform looks great, and is not complicated to read by clients. The generated reports look fantastic, and clean. No editing required for the aesthetics.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It does not take much to throw the entire campaign completely off and a normal user will not know what action they performed wrong. The customer service department is AI powered, which means if you have a question or concern that does not fit in to the algorithm, you will have to wait for an actual human to jump on the chat. After that they rarely will have immediately answers to the questions or issues you have immediately. In short, Veritone should make the platform less venerable for end users to make mistakes.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    With anything broadcast you have to be able to prove more than your commercial ran at a specific day and time. You have to prove what the commercial is doing for the client. Regarding Veritone Attribute, this can show to a certain degree of accuracy how many web site visits a clients site is receiving during a specific time window. Giving your campaign more value than.. Your commercial aired at this time on this day.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Once the account is set up - you can select weekly recaps for high priority campaigns. We all have a lot happening in our sales lives, so simplifying the process of reporting makes tracking campaigns a breeze.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Initially, I wasn't getting results and had to work through some kinks. That made it frustrating - but after an easy chat with the support team - I was able to get multiple accounts set up quickly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    mutliple times clients have reached out after campaigns have run and wonder what the performance of their campaigns have looked like. While we typically track things at a very general level - this offers specific reach and impression numbers that i would've never been able to pull together after the fact.

    What do you like best about the product?
    All of the data that can be pulled and attributed to a radio ad.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    the delay on the dashboard. It's hard to keep up with the info when the data isn't real time. The 5 day delay can throw off the client.

    We are able to prove that radio does in fact work.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Comparison view on web data. It's awesome to have but too hard to change dates. Would also love to have the option to toggle to YOY instead of vs. previous period.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A bit more complicated for the average sales rep. Needs to land on weblift by day as primary screen.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Giving a tangible result to clients. Helping them to visualize radio's impact and optimize campaigns.
