What do you like best about the product?
I like how the AI LLMs leverage G2 reviews to have our brand show up for AI search results. G2 is also very effective at reporting the visibility that we get from this and presenting that to our broader team. The pricing and ROI for their ads on comparison pages and category pages is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing model for their core review offerings can be confusing. But it has gotten better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping out how our brand gets more visibility within AI search results. And it's also giving us brand visibility to new markets (products and geo) that we are expanding to.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps marketing and sales teams identify high-intent prospects, build trust through authentic customer feedback, and create more effective campaigns. The dashboards are intuitive, the reporting is actionable, and the integrations make it easy to incorporate
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing, which may be high for smaller businesses. Some advanced features also have a learning curve, and it can take time to fully understand and utilize the buyer intent data and reporting capabilities.

Sometimes, companies that spend heavily on marketing can end up in top-rated positions because of gift card giveaways.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about G2.com is the network; it's really big, so there's more chance for my product to be seen. The platform has quite a lot of interesting features to utilize, like batches that can be reused in collateral materials and content that can be used in posts on LinkedIn. The analytics are super important to me, as they allow me to track the level of penetration my content has, including around citations in LLMs. Checking how well my product is trending over time is also valuable. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with CRM systems to evaluate if customers are looking for alternatives, which is a nice concept. G2.com offers different products for various purposes like advertisement, LLMs, and retargeting, which shows their flexibility. Again, the network is the biggest network in terms of comparison sites, which is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the AI review system is really good, but it needs to be done in bulk. Right now, you still need to grade them one by one, which could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps us compare against competitors, provides visibility on AI citations, and offers analytics to track content penetration and trends. I can also evaluate customer interest in alternatives through CRM connection, which aids retargeting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about G2 is how easy it is to leverage their platform for review generation and related campaigns. The self-serve tools make it super straightforward to set up campaigns and track activity without having to rely on constant back-and-forths. Being able to use G2 data in creative ways, like embedding reviews into NPS follow-ups or supporting internal teams with badges and reports, has added a lot of value across the board. Another major upside is their customer support. Whether I’ve had questions about campaign strategies or needed clarification on newer features, the G2 team has always been quick to help. I’ve also appreciated their consistent updates and new capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’d like to see improved is the functionality around tracking and managing older reviews. While the review refresh campaigns are helpful, the conversion rates can be a bit low which makes it harder to maintain the weight of older reviews over time. It’d be great to have even more tools to encourage updates. Additionally, some features, like the integration with tools like Claude or Salesforce, require extra steps or aren’t immediately available to everyone on our team. While I understand these are newer offerings, simplifying access and providing broader integration options would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us collect and showcase authentic customer reviews, which strengthens our credibility and supports both marketing and sales efforts. It’s been especially effective in surfacing insights about customer sentiment, product comparisons, and areas for improvement. The ability to refresh and expand reviews means we’re continually staying relevant with up-to-date feedback. By integrating G2 data into campaigns and internal tools, we’re able to better serve our customers and align teams with actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 makes collecting reviews quite easy. The incentivized campaigns are simple to set up and run, and the incentives really help motivate people to leave good feedback. The AI-assisted review tool has even streamlined the process further. It turns customer call recordings into draft reviews, which saves our team a lot of time and makes things smoother for the customer too.
The support from the team has been good as well. They've helped us with new features, setup questions, and even brainstormed ideas with us, like using QR codes at events to collect reviews. G2 gives us enough flexibility to try different approaches and see what actually works.

What do you dislike about the product?
The approval process for AI-assisted reviews can be slow on the customer's end. Sometimes reviews just don't get finished because of this.
Also, in-app reviews are often anonymous unless the user has a G2 account. That makes it hard to follow up with them or use their feedback for marketing later on.

G2 helps us collect real customer reviews without a lot of manual effort. That builds our credibility and online presence. The tools save us time, help us spot areas to improve, and strengthen our customer relationships. Reviews and badges also give us social proof, which helps us stand out and win new business.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and flexibility to run review generation campaigns in a variety of different motions. Searching reviews and seeing the LLM search results on the back end and how we're performing as a company is also very useful

Cost is a little high simply to participate and review impact does decay fairly quickly
