Insightful Tool with Minor Self-Service Limitations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the grid that G2 Marketing Solutions has for each category. It's very, very insightful. I also love that they have AI-assisted reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think intent, you know, I have not been able to make good use of intent so far. And then the other part is that there is no direct way to find out what reviews are decaying, even though the customer success team shares the list pretty easily and quickly. But it would be good to have a little more self-service than what it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2 Marketing Solutions to see user ratings, compare with competitors, and understand market trends. It helps identify areas for improvement and accelerates the sales cycle by using G2 reviews to show to prospects.

Helpful for Profile Building, But Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
I like the attractive form of profiles in G2 Marketing Solutions that are rich in different media. I also find the tracking helpful as it allows me to know exactly how many users sign up for my service. I can build an outstanding profile if I use all available formats. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking is super simple. It's quite expensive compared to results and review of reviews, sometimes taking too much time, or it's hard to understand why the review wasn't accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions helps my potential customers compare Landingi with other solutions, making it easy for them to decide to switch. I can build an outstanding profile with different media and track how many users sign up for my service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like G2 Marketing Solutions because it's accessible to everyone and very easy to use. It serves as a one-stop place for all my marketing needs. I also find all the tools easy to use, with so many options available that are very useful for my marketing solutions.

I think it can be a faster process. Also, I found it a little tricky to use initially, but then I got used to it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really user friendly, there's a lot of support. When confused about anything Support is very easy to access. There are so many features it makes it easy to use it for anything, honestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Three aren't any dislikes as of yet. I've been very satisfied with the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to market. That's what we have a hard time doing but G2 marketing takes all of the hard work out.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate G2 Marketing Solutions' capability in tracking the end-to-end user journey and displaying KPIs or ROI on a single dashboard, which makes it easy to present to the senior team. Additionally, the user journey mapping feature is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process for G2 Marketing Solutions to be quite challenging, which can be a significant hurdle when first starting to use the platform. It requires more effort than expected to get everything up and running. Additionally, I would prefer if G2 Marketing Solutions offered an end-to-end solution that eliminates the need for additional integrations, simplifying the overall user experience.

I use G2 to track the end-to-end user journey, enabling me to show KPIs or ROI in one dashboard to the senior team.

Sometimes things took a little longer than planned when things got busy, but they’ve always been transparent and kept communication clear.

They’ve helped simplify and strengthen my digital marketing across the board. Before working with G2, I was juggling too many channels with inconsistent results. Now, my campaigns are more focused, my leads are higher quality, and I actually understand what’s driving performance. It’s been a huge time saver and confidence boost.

Good intent insights for ABM, limited by integration gaps

What do you like best about the product?
It broadens the pool of in-market accounts we can engage in our ABM and outbound efforts. The intent data gives clear signals on which companies are actively researching similar products, helping us prioritize outreach and focus resources where there’s buying interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcomings of the integrations. The 6sense integration has been disappointing, especially since it was one of the main reasons we purchased G2 Marketing Solutions. For example, the 6sense integration does not provide the location of where the prospect is who was doing the research, which is critical information for having any chance of outbounding to the correct person. The Slack integration could also be improved to specify the type of intent signal, so we don’t have to create separate channels for each intent type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify more in-market accounts to include in our ABM and outbound programs. By surfacing companies showing intent around our key categories, it gives both marketing and sales a clearer picture of where to focus. The main benefit is efficiency — we’re able to prioritize outreach and campaigns toward accounts that are more likely to engage, instead of casting a wide net.
