Works great
What do you like best about the product?
It shows which companies are interested in our services, which gives me a great opportunity to research them further and send more targeted, appropriate outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it provided more detail about who was showing intent, such as which part of the world they’re located in. That kind of information would be extremely helpful for narrowing down which offices to research, especially when the company is large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes people research our services, but we don’t always know they’re doing it. G2 Buyer Intent shows us which company has been researching us, so we can follow up and reach out to them.
Another Intent Solution That May or May Not Work
What do you like best about the product?
G2 Buyer Intent is convenient, easy to understand, and integrates with many platforms. It offers a straightforward user experience that makes piping intent data into campaigns, painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like other intent data providers, it is hard to know how well G2 Intent works, especially if your company doesn't have a mature attribution system. G2 Intent is great in the sense that it's convenient and easy to use, but the actual performance of the data is both hard to verify and hard to deny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers us insight into which customer are researching our product and our competitors on G2.
Glimpse into who is an interested buyer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see which companies are checking out my product or competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the company name doesn't include more granular information, so without data enrichment, it is not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer intent is useful for identifying if current sales opps are evaluating us against competitors.
Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It actively gives us insights on prospects' firmographics and competition involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to contact the prospect to continue outbound marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been enriching our ICP intelligence.
Noisy signals - Needs a lot of manual work to make useful.
What do you like best about the product?
Very messy schema - Difficult to parse. Given G2's approach to thousands of overlapping and duplicate categories unfortunately making the data useful is a massive undertaking, otherwise you're drowning in noise. Additionally doesn't handle Enterprises well given the massive # of false positives - Again they give the raw data but there's a massive transform and organize on your end that needs to be undertake. We tried to connect them directly w/ DemandBase and both service teams dragged their feet to get anything usable going.
What do you dislike about the product?
See above - Overall signals are too messy given G2's category strategy. Support was somewhat light to get going, and as such I think we're vastly underutilizing the capabilities we pay for.

An additional signal into a complex lead scoring model

Ability to integrate it directly within Slack channels.

The signals are not strong and the information we received was not valuable. We haven't had much success using G2.

Insightful Tool with Minor Self-Service Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the grid that G2 Marketing Solutions has for each category. It's very, very insightful. I also love that they have AI-assisted reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think intent, you know, I have not been able to make good use of intent so far. And then the other part is that there is no direct way to find out what reviews are decaying, even though the customer success team shares the list pretty easily and quickly. But it would be good to have a little more self-service than what it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2 Marketing Solutions to see user ratings, compare with competitors, and understand market trends. It helps identify areas for improvement and accelerates the sales cycle by using G2 reviews to show to prospects.
Helpful for Profile Building, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like the attractive form of profiles in G2 Marketing Solutions that are rich in different media. I also find the tracking helpful as it allows me to know exactly how many users sign up for my service. I can build an outstanding profile if I use all available formats. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking is super simple. It's quite expensive compared to results and review of reviews, sometimes taking too much time, or it's hard to understand why the review wasn't accepted.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps my potential customers compare Landingi with other solutions, making it easy for them to decide to switch. I can build an outstanding profile with different media and track how many users sign up for my service.
One-Stop Marketing Solution That's Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like G2 Marketing Solutions because it's accessible to everyone and very easy to use. It serves as a one-stop place for all my marketing needs. I also find all the tools easy to use, with so many options available that are very useful for my marketing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a faster process. Also, I found it a little tricky to use initially, but then I got used to it.
