The level of insight we get from our end users and customers is excellent. We’ve been using G2 for a long time to gather feedback, and it’s been a reliable way to understand what our customers think and need.

Nothing to report as of now—everything’s been good so far :) If we could have some kind of bot, that would be amazing.

It helps us gather insights and feedback on what’s working and what isn’t for customers and end users across our products, such as NX, Teamcenter, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like G2.com for its ability to easily show how we are better than competitors in key areas and the overall grid leadership. I appreciate using the grid, badges, and scoring details in market messaging, which positions us as a leader and highlights our advantages. I found the initial setup of G2.com to be pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of surveys, exporting of data, using content outside of pre-built assets, and issues with validating users and reviews are some of the challenges I've faced. It would also be great if the survey process were simpler and quicker, and there could be more support for auto-validating reviews that get rejected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com for comparing competitors' products and communicating our platform's advantages. It helps position us as a leader with advantages through the grid, badges, and scoring detail in market messaging.

Sometimes we get reviews that don't sound like our product. It sounds like they're reviewing something else rather than speaking specifically about our offering.

Flexible Company Profiles and Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the increased flexibility on Company Profiles - it enables a marketing team to have more control over how you position your brand to a potential prospect. I also like the Managed campaigns that supports with landing pages - its easy to use and helpful start for reviewers. Lastly, the Customer Success team has been very informative, and supportive, when needing insight on the product or giving tips and ideas to improve our brand performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found a benefit to Buyer intent or data analytics. This has been mainly down to a) our brand not being in a position to compete at the level required, and b) our internal tech stack requiring additional tools to integrate the information in a useable way to our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has a top 5 product, but has missed the mark on building brand awareness. G2 Customer support has enabled us to fast track our profile improvement by guiding what actually makes a difference. That has saved time and given us confidence in our actions. And the performance has improved 2-fold in in the process.
Boosts Visibility, Needs Smoother Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like using G2.com for review collection, reports, and we've tested advertising on it. G2 helps us get discovered by potential buyers and improves our credibility in the market among those who know us. I find that our reps at G2 have been really easy to work with. The platform is simple, and it's the most used review site among our buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little clunky behind the scenes sometimes and we haven't had a ton of luck getting demos or leads from our profile. There are a million options on the profile side of things, and the sorting and browsing experience to get through everything you can do as an admin is not that intuitive. I'd rethink the navigation.

Crucial Data Insights and Improved Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
G2.com is easy to use with good analytics, and I appreciate how its feature set has improved over the years. I like that it helps us get intent data on potential buyers that we'd struggle to get elsewhere, and it provides us with excellent social proof. I enjoy seeing who has visited our profile, who has compared us to a competitor, and who is looking for solutions in our category. The initial setup was very easy and we have successfully integrated it with LinkedIn, HockeyStack, Dreamdata, and HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process is slightly clunky for users, it takes a long time and there is no way to bypass having an account which is a blocker for a lot of people.

I use G2.com to access intent data on potential buyers, which is hard to find elsewhere. It also offers great social proof and lets me see who visited our profile and compared us to competitors.
