What do you like best about the product?
I like G2.com for its good platform and service. The reviews and badges are particularly enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent data hasn't given us any actual value, and it's been almost a full year with zero business from that. Most of the data was false.

G2.com helps us with collecting customer reviews, getting more exposure, and receiving intent signals.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the buyer intent data extensively to drive our pipeline. This feature helps us run more targeted campaigns. We also carefully review customer feedback to understand their points better so we can improve our support and enhance product features.

Additionally, while the platform provides strong visibility, standing out in highly competitive categories can still be difficult without sustained investment. There’s also some room for improvement in customization and deeper analytics to better track ROI from campaigns.

I like that G2.com is a trusted source of highly engaged user testimonies, which are valuable for any marketer. I also appreciate the latest integration for AI Visibility, which is a huge plus and helped us appear on valuable user queries in LLMs. The initial setup was straightforward thanks to our Customer Support Specialist, which made the experience even better.

The demand gen package could be improved with more tools to de-anonymize audiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to boost visibility, climbing from position 19 to the top of our categories, impacting our sales process. The AI Visibility integration helps us appear in valuable user queries in LLMs.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the most important thing about G2.com is the honest user reviews. I also like the easy comparisons it offers and the quick insights I get. These features help me get a better understanding of how users perceive our platform. I think the best feature is being able to see constructive criticism directly, which is really valuable.

There may be some biased reviews which could be handled better I believe.

Great support team and easy to use solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, including clear analytics that makes it easy to track performance. What really sets it apart is the support behind the platform, the CSMs are incredibly proactive in ensuring you're getting the most out of every tool available. The ready-to-use marketing assets are a great bonus that save time and add real value to our GTM efforts.

Sometimes the audience mix we get from G2 is outside of our ICP, which makes the data we get sometimes not useful.

Competitive insights, and understanding our audience a bit better through different signals.
User-Friendly Interface with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface of G2.com and the consolidated list of vendors per software type. The reviews are easy to read and digest, and I can see at a glance the vendors I was considering, as well as others that I might not have initially thought about. The interface is easier to work with compared to Capterra, and I appreciate the wider user base and better reporting. The initial setup of G2.com was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reviews are pretty obviously bot-generated or generally low quality, wish those could be filtered out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to understand what tools solve for and how easy it is to get support. Reviews are easy to read, and I can see vendors I might not have considered.
Endless Opportunities to Leverage G2 for Stronger Marketing Validation
What do you like best about the product?
Each time I speak with my Account Manager, I feel like there are new things I learn about how we can leverage G2. It truly seems like the opportunities are endless, and we can really enhance our marketing efforts with proven validation from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the many ways we can leverage the platform are incredibly beneficial, it can be overwhelming at times as well. But with that being said, I do think the learning curve is manageable if you take time to learn the ins and outs of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only are we able to consolidate our customer feedback in one place, but we're able to use this data in various types of marketing efforts - campaigns, ads, social posts, etc.

It definitely helps create a trustworthy reputation for the brands.

Nothing negative so far; at this point, I only have positive things to share.

It helps us by providing a platform, through surveys, to share the positive points about my organization. This is helping us build our organization’s repo and generate more business.
