The go-to platform for software discovery

What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com is the number 1 review site for workplaces looking for software solutions. Peer reviews are an integral path to purchase in B2B, and G2 does it the best. Reviews are [usually] a trustworthy source of insight into a software solution, and being able to use G2 assets on our website helps with our credibility. G2.com helps us encourage prospects to add our software to their consideration set and provides loads of reports and opportunities to turn passive review readers into trialists and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get lost with the options in the admin panel. I tend to click on everything to find what I'm looking for. The side menu always needs to be manually opened in my browser. So being able to see all the menu options at once would help me. EDIT: Wait! Ha, this review inspired me to finally solve this issue. Who knew that the chevron in the logo was the key to activating the flyout menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps prospects find the right software, providing visibility into companies seeking solutions. Reviews offer objective insight, boosting our credibility and encouraging prospects. It includes reports to convert readers into trialists.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the competitor intelligence features on G2.com, which allow us to compare our product in detail against competitors, down to specific features sets. This helps us see where our customers might be more satisfied, like in terms of ease of use. I also appreciate the pay-per-click program because it helps us reach a niche audience effectively. The targeting of product categories ensures that the right people see our ads. The integration with DreamData is fantastic as it lets us see G2.com's role in long buying journeys. We can track how people compare us against competitors and sync data to LinkedIn ads for retargeting. The initial setup was straightforward, meeting industry standards, and I enjoyed the variety of assets we can upload to our profile, from videos to PDFs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the pay per click program is in its infancy. It's not too built out. There's a lot more that can be done there to improve targeting. For example, can we overlay demographic data, into our targeting? Likewise, there can be more flexibility in terms of what our ads in the pay per click program show. Can we customize it further than just highlighting our listing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to increase our visibility to in-market prospects and showcase peer reviews, boosting our presence and trust amongst prospects. It also helps us compare with competitors at a granular level and target niche audiences through its pay-per-click program.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that we can integrate G2 reviews across different online touchpoints: email, in-product apps, and the website. I'm currently in a new role, and the onboarding experience helped improve our awareness of the agentic orchestration space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a beginner user and need to use the platform more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the profile customization, the review sourcing manager, and the visibility into where we stand on the listings. I also appreciate the ability to create comparison reports, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support system feels a bit hidden and comes across as too AI-robotic. It seems like G2 has taken some of the human touch out of its services, and I honestly expected more. On top of that, the pricing is very high.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest part about G2.com is the contact and support that we receive from our Account and Customer Success Managers. They really support us with reaching our goals and it feels truly like a partnership. The Reports and Badges are very important for us as a company. Everything that has to do with collecting reviews and utilizing the proof points coming from it, whether it's badges or testimonials, is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be a bit confusing and there are a lot of things that can be found there without it being super intuitive.
