Traffic numbers keep us all hostages here
What do you like best about the product?
I don't like it but many corporate customers still use it (I guess the name became somewhat of a household name in the offices), thus, we are forced to keep going.
Most parts of the admin dashboard are easy to understand, however, they keep adding extra features and all those AI-connected things that make no sense, bring zero value and often are quite irritating.

What do you dislike about the product?
Discrimination through pricing/tiers is quite nasty. A few years ago it was not like this, things are getting worse with every month. As of now, the situation is as follows (I know this because we have several different products on different tiers due to difference needs):
1) on a free plan you are NOTHING. The vendor can't even reply to reviews! Which is totally absurd and is such a cheap look, shame on you!
2) with a basic paid plan, you can do some. But you are always tied to their Support, and that Support replies like once in five days, often longer.
3) once you agree to upgrade, you are a king, with a dedicated manager and all the features. All your customers get gift cards, all changes are updated instantly. Especially if you pay extra for ads, your rating is instantly higher. What a miracle!

Ease of use - customer support - frequency of use - and the power of the quarterly reports for marketing!

N/A - nothing specifically comes to mind

G2 helps us to showcase our superpowers to the right audiences. It's especially useful for making it easy for prospects and customers to see how we differentiate from the competitors, and ultimately, why they should definitely choose us!
A great tool for all saas marketers.

It seamlessly plugs into all marketing efforts making it a great full-funnel activation tool. Integrating it and using it is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of recognitions/badges is too many, watering down their impact. Makes it less relevant to add to content pieces because of the shorter shelf time of the badges when compared to the assets.

Understandin buyer intent, gaining buyer confidence and improving the brand's reputation.

Great platform for software reviews and promos!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is one of the most popular platforms for reviewing different software and services. Whether you need to compare or contrast various products or need details on the specificities and features of a product, G2 has everything you need to know. As an administrator, I like that I can add in details of our product, provide photos, videos, and a product tour! There's so many cool integrations that help us attract more buyers and get more awareness for our platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to gauge the amount of visitors we get each month on the platform and estimate the total amount of leads we can expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us drive more brand awareness and put our product in the forefront of potential customers. Buyers interested in our services can easily read the reviews, the pros and cons, and all the details about the product. They can make their decisions easily from this and can convert to a buyer after doing this research.

They have a great UI and support team to help out.
Useful for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
The admin dashboard had frequent helpful updates for review management among other features. Review collection is seamless with the new review campaign request feature. Our CSM was very helpful to guide us through the initial phase and help us succeed with our goals. The Slack integration was useful to keep an eye out on competitior reviews. In-app integration was easy to implement for collecting reviews from end users. We monitored all these activities on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we did they leads, their quality was inconsistent. As comapred to other channels, the activation rate and the LTV of for these leads was low. G2 abruptly changed the policy to define end users for our category and rejected all in-app reviews without prior intimation.

More visibility for the product for buyers worlwide in a crowded market.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to create a highly tailored product profile page with links to reviews, content, and our web site. G2's high search rankings are also a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more options to run targeted paid advertising programs on G2.com.
