Essential for affiliate marketing

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a very common and well-known platform for collecting software information and reviews from users - it is well received by customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions are good all around, unfortunately the costs are very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Potential customers find our software information, collect reviews, evaluate potential customers, review campaigns, brand awareness

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of features and tools which are self service. The support we receive is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are updates made which are not communicated out to all users. I also sometimes miss important emails because they go to the account admin, who is not as hands on with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supports our GTM messaging and market presence.

What do you like best about the product?
The reviews are vetted by G2 and a lot of the admin work is taken away from us. I also love how easy it is to use. We tend to find customers are more likely to give a review on G2 as its a reptuble site rather than ad hoc email surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reviews take a while to process but apart from that I love the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives us a one stop shop for customers looking to gain insight into our product from a sales perspective and also retention. We also love that customers can give honest feedback that we can then act upon internally. The insights that we get from the platfom are also great when seeing where we fit in teh market.

What do you like best about the product?
This has helped us in identifying prospects who are actively looking for our solutions listed in e-signature category which has enhanced our targeted sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our sales agents express concerns about low conversions rates from leads sourced through G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies in an active buying cycle, g2 has enables us tageted marketing and sales outreach.

Insight intelligence on your prospective buyers and competitors

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we can get very insightful data on prospective buyers seeking out to buy our kind of product offerings and also understand how they are interacting with the general product categories, or our specific profile and competitors. Also the implementation and integration to Hubspot is super nice, we can build vsrious workflows on the various intent data to help our sales and marketing team focus on high intent companies. Finally the customer success and support team are very helpful, always checking to help us get the most value. It definitely helped us target our intent buyers better
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the data are on the company level, you can get a general location of where the signals are coming from, but it's kind of a guess work narrowing it down to which specific contacts from that location to engage, I think that's where your buyer personas come in play, but will be best to get both if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us prioritize companies that are already in the market, or know about us, and also help us keep an eye out on potential chirn accounts. Generally G2 helped with revenue growth

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports that show where your company stands among other companies. The interface is also well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find answers in the help menu sometimes, and there have been a couple of times where G2 has taken more than a couple of days to reply to an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us get reviews on our software and is giving us an insight into how our company ranks compared to other companies on multiple levels.

The best option for unbiased business reviews and data

What do you like best about the product?
G2 makes it so easy for us to gather unbiased feedback about our organization. Beyond collecting amazing badges, I really appreciate the back end view of what a variety of customers/users think about our featuresets and an in-depth look at how we rank against our competitors. We compile a quarterly report of this data in order to stay close to this data.

I also like being able to see which prospects are investigating our company so we can approach them proactively.

The reviews are easy to gather, the badges are easy to implement and the data is easy to consume.

What's not to love!?

Our account executives are also very helpful - there when we need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations could use a little bit of work, but that's something that is manageable now. I would also love to have more intel about the buying group within a prospective customer org when they're viewing our page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having an unbiased review platform that can also help facilitate our company's reputation in a powerful way!

Reviewing high intent buyer activity is also an important part of our demand generation strategy and I appreciate the ease in which we're able to see that intent.
