Centralized Review Hub with Mixed Intent Data Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com provides a good central place to pull reviews and ratings from a third party. The aggregated reviews in one place are really useful, and they allow us to use the reviews on our landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent data has been a hit or miss. Our LinkedIn campaign using it hasn't been performing that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com provides a central place for third-party reviews and ratings and helps us use intent data for LinkedIn competitor campaigns.
Makes App Verification and Reviewing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It lets me verify other applications and make reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not crazy about the format of showing the applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review other applications and have my director review also.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to check and manage new reviews, which I find very helpful to drive time efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area of opportunity would be optimized export function of recent reviews combined with a specific filter for calendar dates.

Reviews are very helpful for building trust among future customers in our solution.

Now a days price of a solution is a major thing, G2 is a great solution under afforadable price range.

AI feature should be included in a much better way that help the user

Like i want to know the best payment gateway solution and g2 provide the insight to help me choose a best one.
Clean, Intuitive Surveys That Are Easy to Complete
What do you like best about the product?
I find the surveys very easy to navigate and understand, and completing them never feels like a burden. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes the whole experience straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I can think of would be to notify users when a survey, after being reviewed by the client, does not qualify for compensation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem G2 solves is giving insight into new tools by presenting information in a clear, easy-to-digest way.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about G2 is that it helps you build your brand and get it out there to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of inconsistent reviews and mixed feedback from consumers about the brand you’re trying to showcase, which can make it harder to present it clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has been working to build brand awareness by addressing the need for trusted, real people in certain markets.
A Pleasure to Review on G2—Helpful Incentives, Never Pushy
What do you like best about the product?
I rely on customer reviews for nearly every decision I make when it comes to everything from products for myself to software solutions for my company. I am more than happy to be a part of creating reliable reviews for other people like myself. G2 is a great platform that has never harassed me to do anything and even offers incentives to get back in here and review products and services that U am familiar with. It is a pleasure to do that here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really I don't have anything bad to say here, I have never felt bothered by an occasional email from G2 asking me to review something else. They tend to wait weeks or even months to send an email suggesting I do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reviews are the answer in a world full of fairly bad marketing, none of it is truthful, I have come to determine that everything on the internet is only there to gain something from you through deception, and the only place you can weed out real information is through customer and User reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2.com surfaces important details from real customers. This helps us improve our product and showcases that one of our differentiators is how much we help our own customers with their real and complicated business problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find our rankings in certain categories unclear at times. Sometimes the badge categories don't make complete sense either. For me, whoever has the best product as demonstrated by highest customer satisfaction should be most highly ranked. I don't understand why G2.com rewards market presence and reward velocity more than customer satisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to build brand recognition and visibility, showcasing our great reputation with customers and their satisfaction in working with us. It helps us highlight proven business impact and grow our visibility and reputation with LLMs.

Sometimes the questions are too generic.

I like that the team at G2.com is super nice and helpful, and they're very responsive.

It would be amazing to get a connector to be able to dynamically pull the different categories we're listed in.

I use G2.com as an independent review platform that compares providers and serves as a source of truth for our prospects, collecting reviews on our behalf.
