Insightful and rewarding!
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience in using G2 for both finding and evaluating tools, as well as gaining insights into our product from our own customer base. It's easy to use and a reliable source of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of options and or features available that I've not yet taken the time to properly learn about or best utilise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to gain insight into the thoughts and feelings of our customer base about our product, which we use to improve on our offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of data and ways to use the data. Great support from their team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be organized to feel more user friendly and simple. There feels like a lot of buttons to press and options to consider. I like the options but maybe a more simplified or intuitive experience could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get amazing reviews and lot of them!
G2 Marketing Solutions has been integral for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2 Marketing Solutions gives our company the ability to have unbiased reviews from users. Our company is always looking for social proof when talking to prospects or new users so this really makes an impact. The platform is also pretty easy to use and it's something I'm in daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say it can be difficult when the review campaigns aren't editable. I understand why they aren't but if more fields could be editable that would be great. It can be a little tricky to understand why some reviews are accepted and others not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is providing an unbaised spot where prospects and new users can see exactly what current customers like about our product and what they'r using most. Having qoutes from G2 is vital for a company's reputation. G2 Marketing Solutions also provides review campaigns that are easy to run so I know I'm reaching the right users for targeted reviews.
Love the competitor comparison reports
What do you like best about the product?
The competitor comparison reports are great for our teams to leverage to visually display our differentiators when it comes to G2 metrics like time to ROI, user satisfaction, etc. Also love the references from reviews as a way to see who are 'hand raisers' for our product
What do you dislike about the product?
The buyer intent data, while useful, would be even more useful if it captured the specific names and emails of the people visiting our site. It requires a bit of manual work for us to figure out who these people are since we really only get their company name and no contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us keep a pulse on our customer satisfaction and reputation management. It also offers a way for us to see which of our users are highly satisfied to ensure we are connecting with these folks for other opportunities like case studies or speaking opportunities.
Great tool to build trust with prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team and growth team are amazing! They help us a lot to get the most out of G2 whenever we ask for. Very easy to use platform with everthing you need for marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create new landing pages without requesting a new campaign. So I can use it internally to track internal campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually when someone have never heard of your product or solution they start from a reviews site, G2 it is a great place to start and compare other products. G2 help prospects find our solution and by the time they find our website they already know about out reputation from G2.
G2 has been a valuable tool for us for brand awareness and funneling inbound leads to our team.

Customization of page and ability to add different types of content to your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gift card review campaigns direcrtly through g2 have been less effective than we had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us get the word out to commercial real estate professionals that Crexi is a great tool for them. We don't offer trial periods so this is helpful for us.
Incredible indicator of prospect intent as well as reviews!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different intent signals that we receive in our CRM with the G2 Marketing Solutions. I also love the Slack integration that allows us to see reviews of not just our product but our competitors as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent data we get helps but is does not provide detail on the prospect we need to reach out to. Having an email address or other information would be really helpful.

Seeing what other people are saying not only about our product but our competitors.
Great SAAS Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with great features like reference pages, crowd quotes, testimonial page which can be used by SDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The badges critera & algorithm, still wondering how to nail it.

The refernce pages, is apt which I can create for my team to showcase to customers.

Reviews are publicly visible and provide prospective customers with perspectives from peers in their industry.

The industry rankings and reasons for changes in rankings are opaque and confusing

Getting reviews from real customers and being able to showcase them on our product's website.
Badges can be valuable too, but there are so many of them that it becomes confusing.

The pricing is very high and lacks transparency: there’s nothing in the "billing center" about the plans, just a way to contact sales.
The fact that users can give your product a 0/10 rating is odd, it’s not even a thing on Google Maps!
Also, users rate on a scale of 10, but the score is displayed on a scale of 5.
