Great tool to build trust with prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team and growth team are amazing! They help us a lot to get the most out of G2 whenever we ask for. Very easy to use platform with everthing you need for marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create new landing pages without requesting a new campaign. So I can use it internally to track internal campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually when someone have never heard of your product or solution they start from a reviews site, G2 it is a great place to start and compare other products. G2 help prospects find our solution and by the time they find our website they already know about out reputation from G2.
G2 has been a valuable tool for us for brand awareness and funneling inbound leads to our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization of page and ability to add different types of content to your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gift card review campaigns direcrtly through g2 have been less effective than we had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us get the word out to commercial real estate professionals that Crexi is a great tool for them. We don't offer trial periods so this is helpful for us.
Incredible indicator of prospect intent as well as reviews!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different intent signals that we receive in our CRM with the G2 Marketing Solutions. I also love the Slack integration that allows us to see reviews of not just our product but our competitors as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent data we get helps but is does not provide detail on the prospect we need to reach out to. Having an email address or other information would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what other people are saying not only about our product but our competitors.
Great SAAS Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with great features like reference pages, crowd quotes, testimonial page which can be used by SDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The badges critera & algorithm, still wondering how to nail it.

The refernce pages, is apt which I can create for my team to showcase to customers.

The industry rankings and reasons for changes in rankings are opaque and confusing

Getting reviews from real customers and being able to showcase them on our product's website.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high and lacks transparency: there’s nothing in the "billing center" about the plans, just a way to contact sales.
The fact that users can give your product a 0/10 rating is odd, it’s not even a thing on Google Maps!
Also, users rate on a scale of 10, but the score is displayed on a scale of 5.

Being able to be compared to competitors based on real user reviews

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard platform is really helpful and userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its really hard for a small business to shine on G2. We just don't compare to the industry leaders with volume of review, and one bad review brings down the whole adverage so it doesnt seem like a good ROI for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our brand awareness of on a comparision site - due to only having a small ammount of reviews, and not getting anywhere with out G2 campaign, I am not sure it is benifiting us just yet.
Great Platform, Helpful and Personable Team
What do you like best about the product?
G2 gives us a great place to collect and leverage customer reviews and testimonials in our marketing efforts. We are starting to use it more for intent data and this will be helpful for our BDR outreach. The G2 team has been extremely helpful since day one of implementation and is always helping us evolve our use of the platform and its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time.

We use G2 for collecting customer reviews, enhancing brand awareness, and improving our web traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is very responsive and great to work with. The UI is very easy to use and we check it often, if not every day. The integration was very simplisitic and we had no hiccups with the implementation, which as the GTM system admin for our org, was a huge plus! I really appreciate that buyers have a place to go to gain insights on not only our product offerrings but our competitors allowing businesses to make informed decisions on a vendor they so choose to select.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging when reviews don't make quality standards and are not published, it also can be challenging when we people post anonymously and the feedback is not in our favor OR is really good feedback as a product led growth company we'd love to speak with these folks in more depth and better understand the good, the bad and the ugly.

Getting more visability to buyers so they can have a non biased toolset to gain insights on us as well as other vendors in the space.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, admin platform is easy to selfe serve. Their account managment team has bean super helpful and engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still much to improve in regards to the review approval process, as many are rejected without a real reason.
