What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using G2.com to complete a review because it was very seamless. I really appreciate how personable the AI is, as it sounds like a real person, which made the experience enjoyable. The setup of G2.com was also very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions could be a little more in-depth. The question that I got was asking about a project that I was on and what it meant to me, and I just thought it was a very generalized question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com lets me schedule interviews at my convenience, making it easier to balance with family responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the updated features of G2.com, including the AI integration and the various templates that I can utilize and customize to fit my workflow and daily routine. It's like having a coworker that assists me in generating whichever templates I need. I also found the initial setup fairly easy, as the landing page provided clear direction on how to use it, which was very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I would have anything to say about that, other than it being a little bit more efficient with the file organizations or the workspace pages that we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to stay organized with upcoming projects, deadlines, and due dates. The updated features with AI integration and templates enhance my workflow, making it an efficient tool. It's like a coworker for generating tasks and customizing to my needs.
Useful reviews to evaluate products before investing
What do you like best about the product?
Get reviews of products to which I don't have access but I'm interested in finding out if they would work for my company. Easily search reviews of all kinds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that although the quality of the reviews sometimes varies quite a bit, it is not enough to affect the functionality of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our case, having access to reviews of applications and services that we don't know if they will work for our organization.
Exceptional and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for finding intent and almost as good as ZoomInfo for finding leads
What do you dislike about the product?
AI Overview is very basic sometimes and doesnt provide true info about the company, moreso a random overview based on the companies base metrics (employee size, revenue, etc)

I start everyday with a G2 search on where to find bet intent

I don't always like the AI responses. I also dislike the adds.

They could be more transparent about what’s going on. Sometimes it feels like people inflate the reviews, and that makes it harder to know what to trust.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Profile take genuine reviews from Authenticated users only , like people who are really using the product and have experience enough to tell what are advantages and disadvantages of a product or service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes are not very vast line of products available to review or terms may not be expanded for a particular product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Reviews solves problem for a genuine review which might not be available in market for a particular product. Also the criteria for a product review must be fulfilled by only a real user. Not some bots writing fake review.
