What do you like best about the product?
I like using G2.com for managing my company's profile because G2's authority makes it meaningful. The backlinking and getting associated with G2 helps our overall visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is pretty difficult to navigate and manage. Seems less polished than I would've thought. It's just clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to get AEO awareness and stack ranking against competitors. G2's authority helps with backlinking and boosts our overall visibility.

The quality of customer intent data can be better. Currently, it covers a lot of audience, which is not the best use for G2 partners.

I like that G2.com provides many marketing materials and data points for us to use, particularly about reviews and buyer intent. This is valuable because they serve as an external quality approval and help us put a strong foundation to our brand messaging. Additionally, setting up the account and our profile on G2.com was easy.

It is sometimes not very clear how the grid positioning is done, especially for market presence, and algorithm updates make it more difficult to maintain our ranking. Gathering reviews was a bit hard in the beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that G2.com drives great qualified traffic with high conversion rates and offers flexible integration of buyer intent data via API. This allows me to filter the data I need, choose the grain, and transform and normalize data before it's consumed by internal systems. It was easy to set up, and the integration with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if with buyer intent data we could get keywords that visitor used in search, could be great also to see contact-level signals in geographies that allow it. I think adding the ability to see reverse-ip vendors behind G2 company resolution would be great.

I use G2.com to build online brand reputation, improve SEO, and leverage buyer intent data. It provides in-market signals and audience reach to understand demand and compare brand performance against competitors.
Powerful Platform for Review Generation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com always has updates and it's easy to get in contact with our account managers. There are a lot of options for generating reviews, and they stay on top of new trends like AI visibility, which is nice to keep in mind. The resources we have, like badges, are great for marketing materials and social proof on our website. The market reports are important for us to see how well we are performing and how people are rating our product. I think G2.com is a great place to be, and customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the review approval process could be a little bit better. Sometimes reviews get denied when it's really our customer, and it would be helpful to preview or see the denied review to understand why. Navigation is always a lot for me; I'm always having to scroll through all the options to find specific things because there's just so much. I've had some issues with the HubSpot integration, like bugs when creating new contacts and problems with filtering limits.

I use G2.com for gathering all our reviews for publishing and generating reviews. The badges are great for social proof on our website.
