In my opinion, Some reviews on G2 can be quite brief due to incentive programs, which sometimes makes it harder to find detailed insights. The review verification process can also feel unclear at times, and the interface can be slightly cluttered with sponsored content. Improving transparency in moderation and simplifying navigation would make the platform even better.

It poses as the perfect marketing for softwares if one is trying to sell their product as well.
