Sometimes the questions can be a little repetitive, but I think they're just trying to be thorough

A lot of the software they profile is pretty obscure. If can be difficult to get info on systems like that. Incentivizing people to review that software is really a good idea

What do you like best about the product?
I love that G2 allows me to provide honest feedback about vendors and platforms in a very structured and easy way. It touches base on different topics and covers all necessary. I have never reached out to their Support team, but they always send out necessary reminders and new ideas for reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have many dislikes for G2 in general. I think it would be great if it allowed to have some sort of Trials period for some apps, where I can try out new apps and then provide feedback for. I would use it every week.

Allowing me to provide feedback and reviews for softwares and vendors I use.
