The Place to Be for Software Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 review pages are modern and flexbile and they allow for us to control our brand for a consistent customer experience. The integrations with other tools such as Hubspot have been huge for us and they are constantly innovating and making the platform better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We know we can be using it more and plan to as we scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives us access to many prospects that we don't even know about and helps build our top of funnel leads. These prospects are often times evuluating their current system and we can convert to our pipeline. The Hubspot integration allows for my team to not have to leave Hubspot to see the G2 intent data.

being able to respond to reviews has been helpful in getting customers who are upset to let us know in ways they normally would not.

I wish there was a way to contact the user directly without it being public

connecting with out customers to in ways they normally wouldnt share with us

What do you like best about the product?
G2 reviews are vetted and credible, so assets and collateral carry weight with customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 Grids can sometimes be crowded and include competitors that would not traditionally be in our customers' consideration set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary application is to capture voice of the customer from reviews, but my colleagues in the company leverage intent data and marketing collateral / comparisons in sales efforts too.

easy to navigate, and compare different solutions. customer support have been responsive when amending different profiles

What do you like best about the product?
I've found their support and service to be excellent. Whenever I have had issues, most of the time, they're quite responsive and solve the issues. It was fairly simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure their proof of whether someone is really using the product or not is enough. We once got a review that was clearly for our competitor. They removed it. But not sure how they would have passed through.

We've found the ability to give and read reviews has impacted us positiviely.

What do you like best about the product?
Notifications about our new reviews. Ability to easily add funds and run review campaigns in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind right now. The pricing is quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with exposure, online reputation, and gives us the ability to share (widgests and reports) how we stand in the no-code space. We're also running review campaigns using G2 marketing solutions and that works great.

Very little assistance for the price you pay
What do you like best about the product?
It provides marketers with a good set of tools, trust badges, campaign manager. The platform is easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly little to no support, the account managers we had were mostly inefficient, never really delivering insightful tips, and often not following up on our requests. We also changed 3 account managers in less than a year. The buyer's intent future is not providing much value either.

It allows us to be visible for our potential buyers, showcase our expertise and how our users experience our service.
G2 is a table stakes tool if you're building or selling software.
What do you like best about the product?
The user reviews are valuable for sure. The ability to see what users think of your product, and to respond as well, is insight that's hard to get otherwise. The market segment charts comparing your product to others provide real insight as well. It's hard to imagine competing in the market without G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
The categorizations of products and companies aren't always correct. We've seen "competitors" in our grid that don't really belong there, or reviews for companies that don't have a competing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An independent platform for collecting user feedback and reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2 has become the #1 market leader in how companies review software. Even though I'm not a power user of the G2 suite / all the features like profile viewers, integrations etc; collecting and showcasing reviews is at core of CloudTalk's strategy. I'm also quite happy with how proactive the team is (customer success/account management)
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the package goes up every time we negotiate the contract renewal.
