G2 profile helps B2B buyers validate the product

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the embeddable widgets and ability to build my own testimonial widgets based on rating, company size, and industry. I can use these when building marketing collateral for specific verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 lacks the ability to export content (testimonials/reviews) to publish-ready. I spend too much time copying and pasting from G2 into my own design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Profile and Reviews helps my team understand how our customer base is using and assessing our product.

Nothing major but maybe having better comparison grids and metrics for stack competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A Reliable, Experience-Based Starting Point for Software Research

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
G2’s content is built on real customer reviews, which makes it far more grounded and experience‑based than typical marketing copy. You get to see how products actually perform in the wild.

G2 organizes information in ways that make it easy to compare products side‑by‑side—features, pricing, satisfaction scores, and reviewer sentiment. It removes a lot of guesswork when choosing software.
Even though G2 uses a huge amount of data, their content tends to stay digestible for readers. The mix of charts, summaries, and quotes from real users gives a balanced view.

Because reviews come in constantly, G2 content tends to stay fresh. Products rise and fall based on real‑time user sentiment, so the information doesn’t get stale.

Whether you’re looking for CRM tools, developer software, help desk platforms, or niche productivity apps, G2 likely has curated content for it. That breadth is incredibly useful.

If you’re looking at G2 content for research or decision‑making, it’s one of the more reliable starting points because it blends data with real user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much volume, not enough depth
G2 has so many reviews that it can get overwhelming. A lot of them are short, surface‑level, or repetitive, which makes it harder to find deep, nuanced feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem:
Most product websites only show polished marketing claims. It’s hard to know how a tool actually performs for real users.
How G2 solves it:
G2 aggregates verified, user‑generated reviews that highlight actual experience—what works, what doesn’t, and what surprises people.
Benefit to you:
You get credible, experience-based insights that help you make better decisions and avoid tools that look great on paper but fail in real use.

Reliable Daily Hub for Software Reviews, Sharing Experiences, and Earning Rewards

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great place to read reviews on a wide range of products and to share my own reviews while earning rewards. The platform has shown itself to be reliable, and I find myself checking it almost every day. It’s genuinely useful and practical for making more informed software decisions, and it also makes it easy to share my experiences with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there are a lot of unfamiliar brands and services listed, which can feel a bit overwhelming. I also had a moment when the navigation and menu structure weren’t very convenient for me, but the team has already fixed it, and now everything runs smoothly. Overall, I don’t have any major complaints about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has helped me discover and start using dozens of new services that I probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. It solved the problem of spending too much time hunting for genuine reviews and reliable user feedback. Rather than researching across multiple sources, I can make informed decisions much faster by reading verified user experiences all in one place.
