What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions is great for businesses looking to boost their brand and grow. They’re super creative, data-savvy, and easy to work with. If you want a team that delivers results and makes the process smooth, they’re a solid choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions is solid, but their services can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses. Staying on the same page with them is super important to get the best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions helps our business stand out with smart campaigns and strategies. They handle the hard stuff so we can focus on growing, leading to better reach and real results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to create campaigns and track them within the platform. I also believe that G2 has a strong brand reputation which helps when we are requesting reviews from our customers. People in Tech know about G2. I also love how we can create pages based on different reviews and share this with prospects. I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that with paid campaigns, you tend to receive fewer reviews over time. This seems to be less about the platform and more about the need for better strategies to gather reviews. I would love to hear any suggestions you have for increasing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us build a strong reputation around Hospitality Tech.
Struggled to see the value of the intent data
What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced profile features like cta button, interactive demos, and review collection is nice. The CSMs are also very helpful in sharing best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've tried several different campaigns across multiple channels trying to make the most of the G2 intent data and have never seen better results relative to using non-intent data.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate easy of use, I use admin panel several times per week, many of useful features in paid plan. In case I need to solve something (it's quite rarely) I contact G2 customer support and they answer me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features only in higher paid packages.

E.g. nice overview of reviews, easy to use app

Their solution helps companies to realize many options to reach out to the ICPs, I love it!

Recommendations and their guide can be improved so client won't need to spend time to figure out how the things are working

Reputation is very important for your target audience and G2 is crucial for your business.

I like how it can integrate across a defined tech stack to ensure your GTM motion is enhanced and optimised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It constantly feels like there are upgrades, improvements etc, which can be a positive but it also requires you to be constantly monitoring it as some integration features may become buggy or stop working due to the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing social proof and real time intelligence to enhance or improve or GTM strategy. This enables us to include such elelements in out sales ad marketing content/collateral and increasd deal velocity and close rates.
Solid software comparison website
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2 lets us take ownership of our profile and showcase the company with relevant images, videos, descriptions. A paid plan also lets you update the banner and redirect people to our landing page. It gives good insights on who interracted with our profile and website, creating paths that help us understand which pages were visited before or after the G2 visit. They also have a good incentive prorgam that helps collect reviews easily. It's a good website to improve your market presence and brand awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a lead generation tool it isn't best though, at least for our industry. The leads we were getting were not relevant, not within our ICP, the volume of those also wasn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us boost our reputation and be present on all relevant software comparison websites.
G2 has empowered our team with relevant resources right when we need them.
What do you like best about the product?
G2 has been a dream to use and the team are always on hand to support us. Resources provided by G2 like reference pages, competitor comparisons, verified customer reviews etc.. have helped our team communicate our value and positioning with the market. The Buyer Intent feature has also helped us be more focused in our outbound acquisition efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing comes to mind, keep up the great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us identify buyers with genuine intent for our solution. As an outbound AE this has really helped me with building pipeline.
Strong service with some clear benefits and a good team
What do you like best about the product?
After an initial slow period, we've managed to make a real difference to our grid positions. The interfaces for managing everything and the whole voucher setup is pretty slick. My Account Manager is very helpful and has been genuinely happy to help in any way he can even when I've not been in a position for him to be able to upsell me for additional services. I've also had a couple of issues along the way that have needed to be referred on to different teams and those people have also been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a high review rejection rate, which may be correct, but the frustration is that you can't see the actual review content to make your own judgement about whether they have come to the right decision or whether it's something you should be able to dispute. I understand why they run it that way but as someone trying to generate reviews its means there's this black hole of information you can't see. When I've previously explored some of the additional services we don't currently pay for, it's been hard to see enough value compared to the cost. Pricing may be too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using G2 to gather reviews that demonstrate our strong user base and the positive experiences of our customers. In our space lots of companies are not willing to do a public case study, and these reviews are useful to fill in some of that gap. By generating reviews, we also hope to see more traffic to our profile over time and increased brand discovery, but since G2 is not the only review site, the impact is limited since the strategy really needs to be repeated elsewhere, which takes a lot of time and effort to do.
Powerful tool, but could be better

You have a lot of flexibility and the public company page has a good layout and a lot of resources
What do you dislike about the product?
When you switch to the basic account, having customer support is much harder, which sometimes is a bit painful and can delay your campaigns.
