What do you like best about the product?
It incentivizes people who normally wouldn't take the time to write a review, to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is tough to decipher if the review is trustworthy or not, or if the reviewer is inflating stuff for a gift card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps give an overview on specific software we might be looking at, as well as point us in the right direction for competitors to research.

Incentive Concerns Amidst Robust Review Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2.com incentivizes users for their honest feedback. The platform provides a space to share my experiences with apps I've used, benefiting both my team and other users. I was fascinated to know that something like G2 exists with so many software options, as it could be really useful for working professionals. I also find the initial setup of G2 straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the review questions on G2.com a bit limiting, which narrows my thought process. It would be good to have more creative and experimental prompts. Also, mixing ratings and multiple-choice questions with paragraph reviews could make the process more productive. I have encountered situations where I had something to say but couldn't because of how prompts are framed. The setup for G2 is a bit overwhelming once it's all set up, with a lot going on.

G2.com gives me a platform to share my experiences with my team and other users.

Disappointment in G2's Review Authenticity

What do you like best about the product?
I probably like the logo and its nice branding. Your interview process seems efficient and well directed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't trust the reviews on G2.com because I posted a review after verifying my account and meeting their requirements, but it wasn't posted due to a "non" verified account despite showing that it was verified. It feels like they're picking and choosing reviews. The site doesn't seem functional from a trusted review standpoint. It's frustrating not to have someone to speak to for correcting issues, when i tried addressing the issue the chatbot just said it experienced an error and then nothing continued forward with no other alternatives for talking to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com doesn't solve anything for me as my review was not posted despite following all verification steps, which leads me to believe they are picking and choosing which reviews are being posted. I doubt this one will even go up.

What do you like best about the product?
Buying any software is a lengthy process, and prospects reading reviews from Recurly merchant helps us tremendously in the sales cycle. I really appreciate how our CSM/AM helped us revitalize our review generation strategy in 2025, and whenever I ask a question in our Recurly/G2 slack channel, I get a response within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a lot of bots write reviews to try and get the $25 Amazon giftcard incentive. While most of them were rejected by G2's verification process, a few have slipped through the cracks, and it's a bit annoying to go through the process to get them removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with UGC that we can repurpose on our website, sales assets, socials, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2.com is that information about anything is quickly available, which is very helpful. For every search, I get a very good analysis. I really like its AI, especially when I am out and about. The setup process is also very easy, I didn't find it too difficult and it can be done easily through OTP or Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that this can be made faster. This time it can be made a little faster because its AI is the best. I won't say it's the best, but it should be made a little faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps me with everything, and I quickly receive any information.

That the rankings have some connection to reality. That they are not just pay-to-rank like Capterra.
What do you dislike about the product?
That way too much subjectivity is added into the rankings. In a way that's more designed to maximize G2's revenue than it is to help their clients and users.
