G2 does not allow resubmission of a review after an identity failure. Very poor customer experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Given the current situation - absolutely nothing.
If you allowed reviewers an opportunity to fix any identity validation issues and resubmit their reviews - then G2 would do what it's supposed to do - collect valuable feedback from customers for their products/ services.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having failed to verify my identity (which was never specified as a prerequisite for the review), there appears to be no way of just resubmitting the review (as I have now completed the LinkedIn verification process). And there is no way to engage any help or customer support (presumably you don't have any, apart from FAQs). So, I have totally wasted all the time I spent crafting a review of ElevenLabs. Luckily, you or they get to keep the pathetic $25 voucher I was promised (and I didn't do it for the voucher, I did it to give them valuable feedback, which you've now just discarded). All in all - totally pathetic service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, G2 is failing to solve anything.
Valuable Free Tool for Enhancing Writing Skills
What do you like best about the product?
I like the specs and that they give us money to review them. They have a very good company with no charges and no fees. It was very easy to set up, with no problems at all. I also think it's a very good app, and I would print a 10 for recommending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what exactly was disliked about G2.com from what was said. They only mentioned 'Only writing and my speaking.' when asked about what doesn't work well for them, but they didn't go into detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with writing in Urdu, and G2.com helps me with words I don't know, improving my skills.

Reviewing websites and tools is really helpful, and I find it makes it easier to understand what works well and what could be improved.
Flexible Review Options That Help Others—and Reward You
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you have 3 different options on how to make reviews, contribute a lot to helping people understand the platforms I have used before, and also get rewards in the process. The user interface is less complicated as well, making it easy to understand. Also love that you get suggestions to review other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some platforms I haven't seen that could also receive reviews, but there may be a reason why they are not listed here. I think the team is doing a great job so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy reviewing on the platform, and the gift packages are helpful to me. Other than that, I also get insight into other platforms that are helpful to me as a GTM Associate and Executive Assistant. There are so many resources on the platform that are useful for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I find G2.com extremely useful for picking new software for our real estate team because it provides a significant amount of reviews and detail. I appreciate how it weeds out platforms and gives us valuable insights. It's great that it offers a wide range of reviews on a diverse array of platforms. Additionally, I find it easy to use, which makes the initial setup for our team straightforward.

Maybe the customer service could be faster.

Helpful for Profile Building, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like the attractive form of profiles in G2 Marketing Solutions that are rich in different media. I also find the tracking helpful as it allows me to know exactly how many users sign up for my service. I can build an outstanding profile if I use all available formats. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking is super simple. It's quite expensive compared to results and review of reviews, sometimes taking too much time, or it's hard to understand why the review wasn't accepted.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps my potential customers compare Landingi with other solutions, making it easy for them to decide to switch. I can build an outstanding profile with different media and track how many users sign up for my service.
Authentic Reviews and Diverse Software Selection
What do you like best about the product?
A legit review platform with a wide range of softwares in different categories to review for. The reviews are genuine with manual checking of all the reviews to maintain its authenticity with ask of usage proofs like screenshots and office emails.

review moderation is sometimes not consistent with no valid reason to reject a review even for genuine user with actual screenshots
