Customer Success Team is Beyond the Expectations!

What do you like best about the product?
As a platform with more than 20 million users around the world, the G2 marketplace helps people so much to discover useful tools, compare them with other platforms, and leave honest reviews. The grids are also very helpful. What I like the most is the approach of the Customer Success team, and how caring and responsive they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't mention anything so far. Even if any issue/question arises, the team supports and answers our questions immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps our prospects to find us easily, and guides them by showcasing honest reviews, with all pros and cons which help both the potential customer and the platform too.

The best way to collect customer feedback

What do you like best about the product?
G2 allows us to collect customer feedback, better understand the market, and develop our product based on it. We also use the buyer intent features to support our outbound sales efforts. The CSM team has been extremely helpful and responsive in supporting us with review campaigns, onboarding, and any of our questions. They regularly go above and beyond to get our questions answered quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the scoring algorithm for the grid and rankings change all the time, it's sometimes difficult to keep track of all the things we could be doing to perform better in the reports. However, the CSM team has done a great job keeping us up to date on the important changes.

The other thing I'd love would be the ability to control what data/new accounts we move to HubSpot through the integration. In its current shape, the integration is a bit noisy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us collect useful customer feedback that allows us to understand our product gaps and the market we're in. The buyer intent data gives us valuable information on prospects who are considering different solutions and may not even know about our product yet.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all the reports are vetted and verified by G2 gives credibility to the badges and reports. When a prospect or customer wants to research our service, we feel confident pointing them to G2 for reliable and honest info about our product. The team is also really helpful and supportive, providing plenty of ideas and examples of how we can use the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind about the Marketing Solutions themselves, but gathering reviews is key to the success of the marketing material, and some customers express that writing a review can be time-consuming, so that's one thing I guess I can say I dislike. That said, having a slightly higher threshold for review writers is what ensures they're real and credible, so I probably wouldn't want to change it even if it's a bit of a hurdle for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of people researching our category use G2 to help inform their decision, and being able to reference comparison reports and reviews means we don't have to do all the talking ourselves. Our Sales and Marketing teams can point people to what others are saying about us instead of only saying it themselves. We also use Buyer Intent data to help understand what types of companies and industries our platform is most relevant for, and who is interested in our service. This gives us valuable insight and intel we wouldn't otherwise have access to.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of opportunities for content repurposing through reviews, badges, grids, and awards. The very helpful account managers provide recommendations for G2 marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are restrictions on content repurposing related to licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving our company size does not relate to industry ranking. We can show that we outperform competitors across a wide range of product and service metrics. Very useful for a niche or smaller player in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The top 3 things about G2 Marketing Solutions are the leads it brings directly from the platform, the intent data we can couple with native advertising software, and the badges/reports we can use in our marketing campaigns. This tool is optimal for someone who likes to automate processes as it is easy to integrate with other software. G2 also has a fantastic customer success team that helps you get the most out of your experience and the resources you pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it's easy to use, and it has brought us concrete results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing us demo requests and building trust among our international community.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides being a great platform to build credibility and trust for a brand, G2 also offers quarterly reports that our team are yet to discover (but very much looking forward).

The best thing about G2 though is their team's amazing customer support and service. Our customer support manager Michael Lydon is not only incredibly quick to respond with valuable advice and guidance regarding our questions, but also proactive in reaching out to us himself offering new ideas and support on how we can leverage the customer review collection process and build our profile in the most effective way. Always friendly and available for a chat, Michael sets a standard for customer service across other platforms that we engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reviews (especially video reviews) take longer than expected to get past moderation and become public.

The platform offers a lot of marketing and promotion opportunities, which is great but can be overwhelming at times. This requires the necessary level of platform understanding to define priorities as well as additional resources (for a startup of our size and stage) from our team to allocate to the platform, which is often hard to find or specifically dedicate to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup in a highly competitive market, it's important for us to credibly prove our innovative approach and other differentiators via our client reviews on G2. Together with quarterly reports and badges, it helps us build trust amongst new leads and across different marketing channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward to use, and I can get a lot of insights from profile visitors. The fact that you can see when they visited our site and G2, says a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the tool; I think you are continuously developing it and releasing a lot of new features. When starting to use the tool, we had some change management-related issues, like how to get started internally. Now we are up and running, and with the support from G2, we are really improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a better knowledge of how our prospects gain DAM insights before connecting with us, which is really helpful for our Sales Team. Also, it's an important marketing channel for us; we reach out to relevant audiences that are in the process of buying a DAM.
