What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to criticise. However, I think the website could benefit from gaining more popularity among reviewers. At the moment, it seems to cater more to technical users, which makes it feel less accessible to a broader audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am informally using the platform to gain insight into the products our company provides to its employees. I regularly review these products to identify any issues users are experiencing and then communicate those concerns to the respective product teams to help resolve them for our company's needs.

The layout of the platform makes it pretty straightforward to compare features and read authentic experiences. Review filters help in finding relevant opinions without having to sift through noise. Transparency and credibility in user feedback build trust when evaluation tools have to be made. Overall, it is a handy resource to make informed purchasing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reviews can be a bit brief, making it difficult to understand the full user experience. It sometimes becomes difficult to notice the unbiased opinions due to the payment placements. It sometimes feels cluttered due to the ads. Some specialized products have very limited opinions since not many people contribute to the reviews. It sometimes becomes difficult to switch between the profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website is very useful in general, well-structured, and has trustworthy reviews. Comparison reviews and genuine consumer opinions flow very well. Filtering is designed in such a way that it is simple to locate useful info without any distractions. The website is well-organized, and opinion views from trusted users appear authentic. The only problem is it takes too many clicks to switch from one opinion to another or from opinions to other sections. Other than this, everything is in its proper place and works perfectly.

Insightful Reviews, But Frustrating Moderation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use G2 Profiles and Reviews to evaluate and understand user feedback on tools I am considering trying or purchasing. The pros and cons lists help me assess each tool more effectively. Additionally, seeing the reviewers' job titles provides valuable context about how they use the tool and helps me gauge the credibility of their feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific complaints about the tool itself, but I do have an issue with the G2 moderator team that remains unresolved. Currently, there are at least six software reviews of mine that the team keeps moderating, even though I have clearly demonstrated my professional use of these products. I've submitted support requests, but the responses I've received have been repetitive and unhelpful, almost like being told to press F1 when your keyboard isn't working. Since I haven't found any other way to get a meaningful response, I'm trying my luck here in hopes that this might lead to some resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to know the trending softwares in market and their reviews before trying them. I can check on the features i want beforehand. and it is very easy to use this there is no need for getting explanation from someone on how to use this platform

I don't really dislike any features but I didn't find some softwares that were popular among me and my collegues. It's like i don't get a-z platforms. and also I think they can improve this to listing out for different websites also there are alot more educational platforms and websites. It really helps people to reach out to new platforms and websites through suggestions

Its easy to fing the softwares to explore for different problems to solve them by including and implementing infrastructure just like that

I think it can be a faster process. Also, I found it a little tricky to use initially, but then I got used to it.

i get to know latest softwares, i will find almost all the advantages and disadvantages of them, whom those softwares are useful most so that i can filter out which suits best.
