What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2 Marketing Solutions is how it helps businesses make smarter and more confident marketing decisions. The platform offers transparent and trustworthy software reviews from real users, which makes it much easier to compare tools and understand what actually works in real-world scenarios.

I also appreciate how reliable and user-friendly the platform is. Instead of spending hours researching different software options, G2 brings honest feedback, ratings, and insights together in one place. It saves time, builds trust, and makes the buying process feel much more informed and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing. But sometimes review approvals take time, but I understand the quality checks are important for maintaining trust and authenticity on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions helps us make more informed marketing and buying decisions through authentic customer reviews, competitor insights, and buyer intent data. The platform provides real feedback from actual users across different software categories, which makes it easier to evaluate products before investing in them.

For our business, G2 has been especially valuable in building social proof and increasing brand awareness. Positive customer reviews help us stand out in a competitive market and also serve as strong user-generated content that builds trust with potential customers.

Another major benefit has been the Buyer Intent data, which helps us identify businesses actively researching solutions in our category. Since the customer journey in our industry is often long and complex, these insights have improved our lead generation efforts and helped our sales team focus on high-intent prospects more effectively.

Solid Platform with User-Friendly Interface, Needs Review Process Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like G2.com for its easy user interface, which makes setting up the review process straightforward. I can check the latest status and view the review form completely. I also appreciate the better analytics, which allow me to check page visits and compare with competitors. The visibility on customer reviews is helpful for using them on our landing pages and improving based on feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The refresh reviews could be done some other way. Most of the customers are no longer at the company, or end up redoing reviews in that case. This lowers our weightage along with the positioning on the grid. We exhaust our customers by getting reviews, and over time we don't have enough TAL, so the positioning drops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to stand out on the grid, gain more prospects, and opportunities. It has an easy interface for setting up the review process, better analytics for checking page visits and comparisons, and visibility on customer reviews for improving landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I use G2.com to evaluate software and manage my company's software reviews. I like the recent changes to the platform where you can add gated materials, videos, and photos. The AI summaries are nice too. G2 allows us to build credibility, centralize customer feedback, and feed AI engines. It gets a ton of comparison traffic, which makes it nice that we can keep it up to date with our most recent product features, pricing, and images. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that reviews couldn't be anonymous. I just wish that we could see who reviewed us so that we don't continue to ask them for reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I find G2.com to be very intuitive and the customer service team has been excellent from sales to onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. I really love the voice review and the request function. The transcript upload for reviews has been great, as it enables faster and more accurate reviews by removing a lot of the friction that causes reviews to stay low.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options in the platform, so sometimes it's a little difficult to navigate or find where you need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com amplifies our review generation, improves product searchability, and helps control sentiment across the Internet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com provides good exposure for our company and solution. It allows potential prospects to see how current users are using the system and how they like it, which ultimately helps us drive more business. Setting up G2.com was very easy because we had a representative who helped us get set up. I also like that G2 continues to add new features and benefits on the administrative side, which allows us to get even more value out of using G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us increase our visibility and stay front and center in our industry. When staffing companies are searching for software, they are able to find us. It also helps prospective customers see what customers are saying and how our solution is benefiting them. It gives us instant credibility, seeing what customers say about the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that G2.com is constantly updating their platform, whether it's the MCP or the review refresh feature. I've been enjoying my time with Anisha, my CSM. She has been super helpful generating some custom links, answering any and all questions regarding new features, and so forth. The MCP has been very helpful in helping me figure out where we stand with our competitors and hooking it up to Claude, essentially to type out any questions. My CSM, Anisha, has been super beneficial in just being so quick with her email replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there is definitely some room for improvement, especially with the UI of the back end of the platform as someone who is managing the profile. I also think that the review refresh incentives can be a little bit easier on G2.com's end if they can help us segment out cohorts. For example, some people looking for a review refresh are not necessarily customers anymore, so it doesn't make sense to reach out to them. Just little things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps us become more apparent to new buyers and prospects, especially as we break into a new ICP of sales engineers. It allows us to get in front of them and be on the roster as a top contender for demo automation.

Incentivizes Reviews, But Room for Broader Product Representation

What do you like best about the product?
I think G2.com offers some interesting features. The incentive program is great because it encourages more people to leave reviews, which means we get more feedback without having to actively manage the process. The analytics are really good for tracking how our reviews are developing and understanding trends over time. Lastly, I find the marketing material quite powerful, allowing us to effectively use quotes and do a lot with the reviews we collect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it kind of hard to showcase all of the products we have on G2.com. In order to collect reviews for each product we offer, we need to create a specific page for them and they should be need to be at the same level of our main page (ENT account). That would increase the cost significantly and it's not something we can justify at the moment. It would be great to be able to collect reviews on specific products as part of our overall brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting customer reviews, comparing with competitors, showcasing our product's strenght and weaknesses to potential customers, and reaching out to existing customers for feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how G2 helps us capture and showcase authentic customer voice. The platform makes it easy to run review campaigns that build credible social proof. Being able to use the 'G2 Grid' reports and licensed badges in our marketing collateral has given our brand a massive boost in trust during the mid-to-late stages of our sales funnel. It’s a powerful validation tool that prospects actually respect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for the premium tiers can be a significant investment for smaller marketing budgets, but the high quality of the intent data and the conversion rate of the leads often justify the cost. I would love to see more flexible level packages for startups

G2 helps us leverage verified customer reviews and 'Grid Report' badges. This has resulted in a much more credible brand presence.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2.com is the clarity of the dashboard. At Filio, we work in visual asset management, AI-powered visual documentation, and field reporting, so understanding how people discover, evaluate, and interact with our platform is very important to us. G2 gives us a clear view of our reviews, user feedback, and overall market presence in one place. The setup process was also very smooth. The onboarding is easy to follow, and the platform guides you step by step, so it does not feel complicated if you are familiar with standard business software. For a growing platform like Filio, G2 helps us better understand customer sentiment and improve how we communicate the value of our visual documentation and reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I would like to see improved is communication with reviewers, especially when a review is anonymous or does not show contact information. I understand and respect the importance of privacy, but it would be helpful if G2 offered a privacy-safe way for companies to reach out through the platform. For example, businesses could send a message through G2 without seeing the reviewer’s name or email. The reviewer could then choose whether they want to respond or stay anonymous. This would help companies follow up, learn more from feedback, and resolve issues while still protecting the reviewer’s privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps us manage and understand reviews for Filio, our visual asset management and AI-powered visual documentation platform. It gives us a centralized dashboard to see what customers and potential users are saying, how they respond to our platform, and where we can improve. For Filio, this is valuable because our users rely on us to organize visual assets, field photos, videos, documentation, and reports. G2 helps us listen to customer feedback, improve our website and messaging, and build trust with people researching visual documentation, field reporting, and visual asset management solutions.
