Promising Tool with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com looks like it offers multiple applications, which is very interesting and makes me want to explore it more in detail to see if it can be beneficial to our company. I think there are many applications internally within the G2.com platform. I also find it to be a pretty easy application to set up, just like any other application.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use G2.com for leaving reviews on applications like ADP, which helps address issues we've had.

Sometimes my few reviews get moderated but I guess that's okay. I have nothing to complain.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Profile and Reviews gives an honest feedback about a product, which things should be improved there and what are good and bad. Basically we can compare different products based on feedback in the same domain. So G2 provides that easyness to a user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes genuines reviews shared about a product is not recognized by G2 review owners, certainly there might be some reasons for that. but this should be improved according to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The content and feedback provided on G2 is extremely helpful. When my organization is hoping to research products/programs, we want to see how it's reviewed by other users...G2 provides a great deal of reviews, guiding our research on products to look into, the various features, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I think some of the reviews are a little harsh and misleading; many users have a different level of usage, and preferences...I've learned that I can disagree with some reviews, but that's still necessary to provide balanced feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is a great tool for condensing great feedback and product reviews for times I'm working with my team to research possible new products to implement in our organization. Currently, our processes are so antiquated and slow; reviewing other products on G2 has been helpful for products our team decides to pursue or not.

I guess the gift cards must also be given to Indian accounts. It can improve its interface but all over the app is good.
