Interesting signal - but limited by category noise
What do you like best about the product?
Great potential source of lead interest, solid integrations, and the ability to use valuable badges in marketing materials
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of noise comes with the signal. Depending on the category, yuor company could be lumped in with companies who operate wildly outside of the category. This means lots of signal alerts for buyers who aren't actually in market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3P credentials and in market buyer signals

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have the ability to incentivize customers and that it identifies it in the review. It makes it a lot easier for us to capture customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expiring reviews/changing the weighting feels like G2's own way of staying relevant. For what is actually provided I don't think the cost makes sense for the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to capture customer reviews compared to competitors.

We are really able to get feedback from our customers that we can share with prospects.

It would be nice to see reviews within G2 weighted. Older reviews that show feedback from older versions of our product that has been improved on still count as much as recent reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a third party to get us unbiased feedback from our customers. G2 excels in this and gives us additional credibility.
Good Exposure And Pending Results
What do you like best about the product?
Overall I have enjoyed using G2s marketing solutions and G2 in general. We mostly use the badges and paid promotions in our key product categories. Working with our support representative makes things very easy like swapping Ads, landing page links, and new optimizations. I use the tools once per week rather than daily but its easy to our campaigns up and running. I am glad we are able to promote ourselves in a place with a lot of traffic where I know our key personas are doing their product research.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting leaves more to be desired. It can be difficult to get the extra data, view, and details that you want. I wish that functionality was more flexible. We don't use any data integrations but I wish they were easier to setup or did not cost ant extra. Lastly, I would say the business results are still TBD. I am confident that we're getting in front of the right audience but the actual amount of clicks, leads, and deals we win is maybe less than expected. I know a lot of companies have been impacted by Google's changes and it seems like G2 category traffic has definitely been impacted which means we get fewer results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us put our product out there on a site where many software buyers will at least make one stop during their research phase. We get quite a few views, category views, and competitor comparisons that let us know our presence on G2 is worthwhile. We do generate leads form G2 as well but at a fairly modest rate.
Easy to use, user friendly reviews
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is an extremely popular review site highly regarded. It's easy to share and track reviews with high traffic accessing. We've integrated with our existing toolset to track reviews as they come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little. It's a helpful tool for us! No complaints

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay informed of how well we're doing as a company and what we can improve on, directly from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any downsides. It's a valuable tool that I am happy with.

Helping us to gather deeper insights on what our customers are happy with and what we can improve on.
G2 sets the bar for software reviews & more!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate G2's platform innovation and the willingness of their team to help us through any technical difficulties we may encounter. They have also been very helpful in optimizing our lead generation and external review strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI response tool is a great new feature, but it can be very wonky and frustrating to use when responding to hundreds of reviews. I also wish you could filter by reviews with no responses from the main review activity dashboard. Another ask - being able to search reviews by keyword (this might already exist, not entirely sure).

What do you like best about the product?
I see G2 represented in my organization along with my top clients. I think that their digital marketing services are engaging and tailored to our businesses' needs and internal strategies. Its helped to incorporate our company data with G2 capabilities to drive growth. the reviews are very helpful to give clients a voice and deliver better value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike. I would just say that I'm unaware of G2's full suite of solutions and capabilities. So more visibility into offerings is always helpful for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer intent is all about hitting the right people at the right time to provide relevant services and drive growth for both parties. I love the updates of potential connections I can make everyday.
G2 is our go-to party for reports, information and badges to show the world
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is easy to use and integrates well with our existing tech stack. The Slack notifications are very helpful for the extended team and targeted lists are used by our ads team. We don't need customer support that much, but if we do we get a listening ear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The embedded grid can be a bit bulky on our webpages.

We're always interested in the customers and the market we are active in. The G2 reviews give us an honest insight into what our users wish to write about our software or services. Because of the integration options, we always get a realtime insight into the pro's and con's and can act accordingly.

I like how G2 MS gives out badges for your company based on what they excel at

I heard G2 MS badges became more pay-to-play in that you’ll get more badges the more money you throw at them? Please correct me if i'm wrong.
