What do you like best about the product?
I love the way G2 provides me the honest, verified reviews and easy side by side comparisons, which helps me to choose the right software or a platform for myself or for my business. The G2 Grid and Comparison tool is super helpful, as it enables me compare two, even three software, putting side by side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I encounter software that advertises a 'Free' pricing plan, but when I visit the official website, the actual pricing details turn out to be different.

This platform addresses the major issue of software confusion and the uncertainty that comes with making a purchase. By reading user reviews, I can get a clear sense of how a software actually performs, how straightforward the setup process is, and whether integration will be simple or challenging. I feel G2.com needs a live chat agent team for better support. Also, they should make gift card approval faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it most helpful to have so many different software programs in one place with many reviews to help me make important software decisions. It is so nice to have it all in one place. I also trust G2 because the vet and really process and assess the reviews to make sure they are authentic and not just random reviews. I also love how they set up their categories and break it down so that you can search by needs and desires and even go into extensive advanced searching to get to narrow down what I am really looking for.. even if I am not 100% sure of what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I really don't have a lot that I do not like about it. I would say sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to search through the many things that are listed on one page when you click on a category. But it really isn't that bad..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me make the best decisions I possibly can when it comes to the overwhelm of picking the perfect software or tool needed for the project I am assigned. It is kinda like a advisor and mentor to help me narrow down and make the best decision i need to support the users and admin needs.

G2 is the best and, as far as I know, the only platform where you can review apps and find a wide range of information about them.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i like about g2 profile and reviews is about its simple and transparent review process. It feels so genuine rather than forced on writing a review on G2. Questions are structured properly to share your real experience rather than just star rating. Additionally reviews are verfied so you feel assured that these feedback is coming from geniune users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing where i feel g2 could improve is the frequency of review requests and notifications. Sometimes in a very short span of time you are asked to review multiple softwares. Moreover i feel rewards seems slightly lower than before and offering more consistent incentives for regular reviewers could further enhance the experience

The g2 solves the problem of trust and transparency when choosing any software. It helps to see the real feedbacks rather than relying on market claims and would help you to see how a software would perform in real life and its pros and cons. For me it is is saving a lot of time in shortlisting for buying an type of software which i require which perfectly meets my requirement.

It resolves if we are going to use a product i just come on g2 to check if it is there because the information and reviews over here are detailed and very helpful which helps in decision making

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Profile and Review is one of the best platform I identified a while back which shows me a path to gain some money from the apps/platforms that I have used by reviewing them. This was one of the best decision I took to sign up to this platform. I even have recommended this platform to multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislikes about the G2 was, once I wrote it and made some changes using ai to make the grammar better, but it identified that as an ai generated content and rejected it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to provide others also with my experience in using some platform by my reviews. I am hoping others are finding this Reviews useful. For myself they are very useful and also monetary benefits are one of the main thing.
