What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of G2.com, which makes it simple to navigate and leave reviews. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

Trustworthy User Reviews for Informed Software Choices
What do you like best about the product?
The reviews come from real users of the software, so you know it's actual professionals providing their experience rather than someone who downloaded a demo once and only tried it for five minutes. While there is certainly subjectivity in all reviews, it's easy to look over the pros and cons of various platforms to get a picture of how good customer support might be, or how easily it might be integrated with other software that you use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you may be trying to learn about some system of platform that has very limited or no reviews on G2. In those instances, it's certainly a bit harder to determine if the software will meet my needs. Especially since you don't know if a reviewer uses the system as frequently as I might use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us research software more easily and from a more objective point of view. We also bring in software suppliers directly and have them provide demos, sales pitches, etc., but they are obviously not going to point out flaws or limitations in their own software. Having an objective third party resource to use has helped us make better decisions, and foresee potential issues that we would not have otherwise been aware of

It would be useful to have a summary of the written feedback from multiple reviewers, as well as an overview of how the ratings change over time. This would provide insight into how the product or service is developing.

Helps compare products, the compete offerings, the popularity or otherwise, and helps understand the product roadmap, strengths and what other market players are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Best in G2 reviews is the simple star rating to provide deep insights to the buyers. It is widely known for trusted or verified reviews. Reviewer has to upload screenshots of software used, which makes it more genuine and every review is screened by G2 which provide valuable insights to the buyer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I had was lengthy questions for small products. Also, in last few reviews, i got many moderations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thought it provided third-party validation that bridges the gap between what company said and what it actually does. Also sometimes softwares and implementation is expensive so G2 helps buyers to avoid such things. Finally, it saves times on research for buying a new softwares.
