What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
G2 give a practical view of products rather than just vendor marketing. Reviews are written by real users, so you get honest insight into what works well and where tools fall short in day-to-day use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reviews feel overly positive, which can make it hard to tell where genuine feedback ends and vendor influence begins. Reviews are often point-in-time, so they don’t always reflect how a product performs after long-term use. Smaller or newer vendors can be underrepresented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 reviews are part of my every day buying decisions, together with a number of other criteria that I use. G2 is making technology buying decisions less opaque and less vendor-driven, which overall contributes to procurement risk reduction.
Excellent source for comparing software and making informed decisions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of being able to see what other users think about different applications. It's very interesting that G2 has almost 90% of the existing applications that are used regularly, so they have very good information to decide which software to choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that it's not clear in its buttons and, in itself, in its interface.

What can I know and make known about the real user experience obtained in each application used

The reviewes provides are verified and read thoroughly before compensating.

The rewards cannot be claimed if there is left over balance. Meaning jf my reward has a voucher of $20 if I spend it to buy some things worth $16 the remaining $4 doesn't remain. All the voucher is used up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some good feedbacks provided post the product usage can really be utilized to develop and improve existing applications.

Once you understand the terminology on how content and users are broken down, a lot of the items can be self taught

It's not intuitive at first - has a learning curve. Videos skip steps.

So far, I haven't come across anything that I would consider unhelpful, but I will continue to watch for it.
