What do you like best about the product?
It's really user friendly, there's a lot of support. When confused about anything Support is very easy to access. There are so many features it makes it easy to use it for anything, honestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Three aren't any dislikes as of yet. I've been very satisfied with the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to market. That's what we have a hard time doing but G2 marketing takes all of the hard work out.

Additionally, while I found the initial setup easy, I believe the process of purchasing and installing software could be streamlined for faster user engagement without delays or issues with the website.

Unreliable Review Verification. I don't see the dent compared to TrustPilot.com.

What do you like best about the product?
1/1) The possibility to answer in the way of a normalised form.
What do you dislike about the product?
1/8) Answers "Not applicable" accessible only in review update if I remember well, and I did not choose it for unsure answers, because if it is abbreviated N/A, so it confuses with "Not available", which is a wholly other thing!
2/8) Refining tool in editor does not work.
3/8) Claims it translated my review with IA, what is false, as I changed myself from French to English.
4/8) My first French-speaking review was not displayed, and I don't accept it.
5/8) The system claims to have verified my 1st review, but, since I linked my LinkedIn account, my review has been so instantly accepted, that a human check is not credible.
6/8) Mention of 40 characters limit i Advantages and Inconvenients, which does not occur, as it is too minimal to be met.
7/8) Support unreachable: When I find a proposal, the redirection works of course not, so I leave this review.
8/8) Estimated the reviewing time as being of maximum 15 minutes for the form, but it took me 1H30.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. A company wished that I rate her in G2.com, but I don't see the advantage of this system, despite its normalised forms.

Frustrating Experience with Review Submission

What do you like best about the product?
I don't like anything now. all I want is to say about my bad experience with G2.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the review moderation process on G2.com incredibly frustrating. Despite spending considerable time crafting an honest review and providing the required screenshot, the moderation team keeps rejecting it and asks for more screenshots, which the form does not allow. This creates significant stress, particularly since I've already submitted a support ticket that remains unanswered, and I cannot follow up on it anymore. Additionally, the verification process feels overly complex and deters me from sharing genuine feedback, leaving me disappointed with the service. The initial setup of G2.com was also challenging.
