A great spot
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a valuable platform for us to encourage our customers to share honest feedback about what they like or dislike about our product. Allowing them to share their experience in their own words, offering insights for prospective buyers evaluating our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I disklike about G2 Marketing Solutions at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to gather reviews and assess our position within the market.
Solid Flexible Platform that Allows you to quickly generate reviews
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are in place to easily generate a high number of reviews at a low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tools in place to catch AI reviews could use some fine tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use G2 to help establish our brand and by having positive review positioning compared to our competitors we can help leverge that during opportunites.
User friendly & supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
Getting campaigns set up for reviews is a simple process. The insights are very helpful for tracking and reporting and the team is supportive and responsive. Love the new AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a way to send out emails to old reviewers in the platform after their review is too old to meet the requirements vs. manually collecting review addresses again and submitting a new campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing solutions helps us get reviews for our company so that we can stand out as the #1 solution in our industry'scategory. We can use this to amplify our company in sales calls, the website, socials, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to see customer feedback come in throughout each quarter. I also appreciate the fact that for G2 Grid reports, drafts come in decently early allowing us to prep our G2 grid releases with plenty of time. The platform itself is also pretty easy to use, and there is A LOT of data available , that I never even realize how much until I talk to our CSMs over at G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like I get lost almost with how much there is to click into, so its helpful to know for sure where things are. I also wish the actual G2 run review generation campaigns were more customizable. I'd love to run my reviews through them for it to be less of a lift on my end, but we are unable to due to our gifting platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us reach more engineering leaders and getting our name out in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions have helped us to really build social proof with assets to promote across marketing channels vs just being a place to collect reviews from customers. It has also helped us to grow the number of leads that we generate by being able to showcase a short demo and new customer offer to prospective buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any issues with G2 Marketing Solutions to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product that customers love - G2 Marketing Solutions helps us to showcase that love to prospective customers. It also helps us to bring more potential customers into our sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
The reviews and rankings for sure, plus the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I've had a great experience with your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The perception of an organization online and how likely other users are to recommend it.
Great for tracking reviews, customer service can be spotty.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to view, be notified, and manage all incoming reviews for my team. It is great to be able to see how many reviews each team member has generated and how many "stars" they are getting per review. Interface is user-friendly and pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when it takes over a month for our reviews to be processed. They will be stuck as "pending" for several weeks at a time. This prevents us from being able to compensate our team, for we base out bonuses based on these reviews. When we inquired about it, customer service was extremely hard to reach and vague.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us solve how we can reduce our churn rate. By being able to send out and manage reviews, we are able to see what issues our customers are dealing with and come up with ways as to how we can make them happy, therefore reducing our cancellation rate for our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 does a great job of tying users into their ecosystem. Integrations across other solutions and features seem to work well although we haven't used it that frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point feels high for the offering and support we received.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is by far the most reputable and strategic platforms I've used for review generation and intent data. I've been so impressed by the level of support our entire team benefits from their guidance. With the support of G2, our reviews have increased significantly and as a result we've leaned into this channel as a revenue driver in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be slightly frustrating. With so many features, it's laid out in such a way that can be difficult to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us stand out from the crowd with peer reviews that make a huge difference in how we're seen as a Document management solution. With intent data, we've been able to reach higher quality leads and leverage the review content from our users in marketing materials.
