What do you like best about the product?
They take the time to understand your goals. I always felt supported and in good hands. The team is very creative and offered great solutions based on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things took a little longer than planned when things got busy, but they’ve always been transparent and kept communication clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They’ve helped simplify and strengthen my digital marketing across the board. Before working with G2, I was juggling too many channels with inconsistent results. What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about G2.com is the detailed user feedback. It’s not just star ratings — people actually share their real experiences, pros, and cons. That helps me understand if a product truly fits my needs. I also find the site easy to use and navigate, and implementing or comparing tools through it feels simple. The wide range of features, ease of integration, and quick customer support make the overall experience even better. I visit it quite frequently whenever I need to explore or compare new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, G2.com is a really helpful platform, but I think it could be even better if each product had a short summary of the reviews. Sometimes there are so many opinions to read through, and a quick summary highlighting the main pros and cons would save a lot of time. Still, overall, it’s a great site to rely on for genuine feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps solve the problem of confusion when choosing the right software. Instead of wasting time trying out different tools, I can read real user experiences and decide quickly. It saves both my time and money and helps me feel more confident about my choices.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a platform that sources reviews from actual users of software/SaaS. This makes it real. Here is a place where you get honest user feedback instead of the product narrative.

This is a must-visit place before you decide on your software stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike, but I would recommend that before deciding on the software it is important to see how many users have reviewed the software.

Be cautious of getting influenced based on 1-2 feedback responses only. This only happens when the software is extremely new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. G2 helps me get a user view of a software.
2. It helps me find a "match" for my use-case of the software and see how other users are finding it in that area.
3. It brings out challenges that users face and may only be visible when you start using a software, e.g. difficult navigation, poor UI, slow speed, inadequate support, etc.

Good intent insights for ABM, limited by integration gaps

What do you like best about the product?
It broadens the pool of in-market accounts we can engage in our ABM and outbound efforts. The intent data gives clear signals on which companies are actively researching similar products, helping us prioritize outreach and focus resources where there’s buying interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcomings of the integrations. The 6sense integration has been disappointing, especially since it was one of the main reasons we purchased G2 Marketing Solutions. For example, the 6sense integration does not provide the location of where the prospect is who was doing the research, which is critical information for having any chance of outbounding to the correct person. The Slack integration could also be improved to specify the type of intent signal, so we don’t have to create separate channels for each intent type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify more in-market accounts to include in our ABM and outbound programs. By surfacing companies showing intent around our key categories, it gives both marketing and sales a clearer picture of where to focus. The main benefit is efficiency — we’re able to prioritize outreach and campaigns toward accounts that are more likely to engage, instead of casting a wide net.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about G2 is the transparency. The reviews aren’t just positive highlights—you also get balanced perspectives, which makes decision-making much easier. I especially like how G2 shows feature ratings and satisfaction scores in one place, so I can quickly tell if a tool is strong in the areas that matter most to me.

The “alternatives” section is another underrated gem. More than once I’ve discovered tools I hadn’t even heard of, which gave me a wider pool to evaluate before committing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sponsored placements are a little too prominent, and it’s hard to tell at first glance if a product is trending because of genuine reviews or paid visibility. I’d also like to see more video reviews—written ones are great, but hearing directly from users in short clips would make it even stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 saves me from the endless cycle of vendor demos and marketing spin. When I needed project management software that fit both small-team workflows and enterprise compliance, I used G2’s filters to narrow results and then read reviews from companies in the same industry. Within a day, I had a shortlist and the confidence to pick a solution that worked. Without G2, I’d have wasted weeks comparing tools blindly and probably chosen the wrong fit.
