The team at G2 has helped us move mountains
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is by far the most reputable and strategic platforms I've used for review generation and intent data. I've been so impressed by the level of support our entire team benefits from their guidance. With the support of G2, our reviews have increased significantly and as a result we've leaned into this channel as a revenue driver in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be slightly frustrating. With so many features, it's laid out in such a way that can be difficult to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us stand out from the crowd with peer reviews that make a huge difference in how we're seen as a Document management solution. With intent data, we've been able to reach higher quality leads and leverage the review content from our users in marketing materials.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps me deeply understand our customers—what they care about, what their pain points are, etc. It's easy to use and their team has been incredibly supportive and helpful. I use it nearly every day!

The platform can be a bit slow at times.

G2 is great for standing out against competitors. I use it weekly to answer reviews, and once a month to send out review campaigns.
Being able to use the badges as social proof has also helped our social media and outreach efforts.

I really like the rep I work with, Kerri Fahey! She's very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

The pricing for a standard G2 plan is a little high.

An easy way to showcase how much customers love you
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can collect reviews using G2. It's really easy to encourage our customers to leave us a review. G2 takes care of the email communication and fulfilling incentives. All we have to do is give them a list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of add-ons that you have to pay extra for. I'm sure all the features are great, but we just don't have the budget to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be a hastle to incentive and collect reviews and G2 takes care of that for us.
G2 is a Very Helpful Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
They provide amazing intent markers, which can be very helpful in setting up targeted advertising campaigns. They also make review collection as painless as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I will say the ranking algorithm for review categories can be a bit hard to understand, but that is understandable given how complicated it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide our team with great intent markers for prospects who are comparing us with our competitors. This allows us to create tailored lists of people to target with our campaigns. Along with this, they provide amazing landing pages and incentives for review collection which makes it very simple to gather reviews.

It's super easy to connect with your existing processes and streamlines a lot of other more manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a little dated, but it's not the end of the world.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is an awesome platform for monitering feedback and beyond. Their features are easy to use, have a wide variety of options, and the support team is always very helpful. I enjoy using this platform to continue sourcing, monitering, and analyzing customer reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about G2 is that we are constantly changing account owners. Every 3 months we have a new point of contact which says to me that the leadership team is having trouble.

G2 is solving the issue of collecting and monitering customer feedback appropriately and in a timely manner. It helps us throughout the entire review process - by creating campaigns, digesting feedback, and beyond.
