Reliable and great for review campaigns for your product
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the reviews you receive through the review campaign feature - establishing that presence for your brand and product with the customers is huge. And hearing from the customers is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very, very expensive! Just to launch a few profiles can offset any marketing budget!

Solving how customers feel about our products and also helping with our digital presence.

Not much to dislike! It is easy to navigate, leave reviews, and respond to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many resources G2 gives you that are available at your fingertips. Lots of webinars, info sessions, Q&As, etc. to really help you optimize your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the features, I feel like its easy to get lost on where to start and how to implement everything most effectively/efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a reliable platform that allows us to market our software and solution.
Frustrating experience after paying 9K USD!
What do you like best about the product?
The free version, where you could get better value than investing a bomb as an SMB and dealing with their pathetic service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zero value add, zero customer experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The paid version of G2 wasn't able to solve any problems for us. Instead, it created new problems for us to solve. I'd strongly recommend people against using their paid version which is zero ROI. Their free version still works, even though genuine reviews from genuine customers get flagged and never approved.

The fact that I can drive my customers to provide reviews and see the impact of these reviews on our brand awareness

There are too many awards, and they are too generic. when you are a leader in a category it doesn't say which category it just says you are a leader

Drive more business with brand advocacy. the truth is that 30% of our customers look at Glassbox on G2 before they come to our website
G2 is an important component of our marketing and general business strategy

It gives us social proof. It is great to be able to pull quotes and to search by topics on what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to control the content but that is the game you play when you ask for unbiased opinions.

It provides an effective way to demonstrate to prospects that we have satisfied customers. Additionally, it offers insights into our position in the market, helping us better understand our competitive standing. This information is also valuable for investors and other stakeholders, offering them a clear view of our performance and market relevance.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent Data is super useful for prioritizing accounts and Badges are also quite cool to use in our website (they also create the script to create the landing page) and in our stands when we go to conferences. Also, the Customer Success Team is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find something very negative but sometimes it's difficult to find what you are looking for on the platform because there are too many features (but I guess for someone else this could be very positive).

I love that G2 provides clear visibility into how we compare to competitors and the valuable feedback we receive from customers. This feedback is crucial as it helps us continuously improve our solution and elevate it to the next level. Additionally, the scores and badges we earn enhance our ability to present our solution more effectively to prospects. There are many options available, which can be overwhelming at times, but the upside is the excellent customer support from G2. In our case, Jade and Mark have been incredibly helpful, offering practical advice and tips to help us maximize the platform's potential.

The menu feels a bit clunky, and it’s not always intuitive or quick to find what I need.

G2 provides us with valuable third-party validation of how our platform is perceived and the value it delivers to our customers. This external proof strengthens our credibility and helps us build trust with prospects and existing clients.
