What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about G2 is how honest and user-driven it is. The reviews feel real—like they’re written by people who’ve actually used the tools, not just by companies promoting themselves. It helps me trust the feedback and see both the pros and the cons before making a decision.
I also find the comparison feature super useful. Being able to put similar software side by side saves me time and gives me a clearer view of which one actually fits my needs. The filters are helpful too—I can narrow things down by industry or company size, which makes the reviews more relevant.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't love about G2 is that not all reviews go deep enough. Some feel too general, like “great tool” or “easy to use” without much real detail. I usually have to scroll through a lot to find the truly helpful ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 makes it way easier to choose the right software without having to rely on sales pitches or spend hours testing different tools. It solves the problem of not knowing which product will actually work for your specific needs by giving you access to real feedback from people who’ve already used it.
For me, it’s saved a lot of time and helped me avoid costly mistakes. Instead of going in blind, I can read about other users' experiences—what worked for them, what didn’t, and whether it's worth the money. It brings more confidence to my decisions and helps me narrow down options much faster.
