Great tool for customer insights
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of capturing customer reviews and VOC insisght is highly valuable, as our customers have many competing prioroties in their day. The interface and UX is simple on both ends - for reviewers and account admins. G2 offers robust analytics from review campaign data to buyer intent, and I appreciate the ability to input custom questions to gather additional decision-making data from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review approval process is a bit rigid. I'd appreciate the ability to review/approve/dispute reviews on our end, like we have with some other peer insight platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us solidify our reputation in the market as more and more cusomers turn to peer review sites. The ability to gain customer insight and identify customer for advocacy opportunities has been a huge bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are the various ways to promote ones reviews. Reference pages, testimonials, widgets, etc. Getting reviews seen beyond the G2 site as well as on it is what turns the dial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a robust platform, there are many features and it can take a while to learn to navigate quickly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us generate more product reviews and improve our ranking among competitors. And helping us amplify the value of the reviews by sharing them beyond G2.

Integrations with tools we already use; intent signals against poor reviews for competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough granularity to weed out the mostly junk signals we get; i.e "property managetemnt' software when we need "commercial property management'

G2 Takes Work off my Hands
What do you like best about the product?
For me the value G2 adds is having Greg from their team be our consultant. Ultimatelly his ability to understand our product and pitch ideas for campaigns is where the value is for us. Obviously, there is a lot that the platform does to help drive people researching CAD products to our site. But ultimatelly its the consulting service that makes a big difference on why I enjoy using the tool, it's a partnership for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern is that the leads we are sourcing are not converting at the rate that we would like them to convert, and that is a pity. But we have seen better performance since we modulated our strategy, so I do hope that the trend will stay possitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They take work off my hands with user traffic and management. Provide a thrid party channel for people to research Onshape through and submit reviews. As a B2B organization this is critical to our success.

G2 Marketing Solutions is such an important part of our customer advocacy program. The guidance and help from our reps are truly invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few dislikes! One downside is that it is an investment in budget, however we find a ton of value from it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to execute an effective and valuable review program with G2. Other teams also benefit from our solutions and are able to utilize customer proof with our acollades that we earn from our amazing customer reviews.
Essential Tool for Building Trust in our Buying Process
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to launch review campaigns with ease, as well as to create customized landing pages and utilize widgets in our email marketing and website are very helpful in establishing ourselves as a market leader in our category. The G2 platform is intuitive, and the team is always willing to help make sure we are getting the most from our investment. The Chilipiper integration has also been a helpful tool to get new leads into our system quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we experience with G2 is that there are not as many of our competitors that use it, so our category is not robust enough yet to have a report created, which would be a great marketing piece for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us get in front of new buyers who are looking for solutions like ours, and helps us build trust with those prospects since we are not the largest player in our space. G2 lets our customer voices shine!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is amazing. Once you learn all the bells and whistles, very effictive marketing tool, especiall the review campaigns that G2 can run on your behalf.

It can be overwhelming to learn all the features and to use the utizile them correctly.

Great Expierence with the G2 review platform and Intent Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We first focused on review generation to enhance our company profile with G2 but have now realized how instrumental G2 is in our sales cycle. With prospects utilzing G2 to compare our company with competitors, we have been able to leverage this data to enhance our value props and differentiate ourselves from the competition. In addition to this, we are just tapping into G2 Intent and already seeing great things and are excited to see the full value of this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at this time. The G2 team is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is allowing us to build our repuation in the AP Automation space through user reviews as well as getting prospects into our SDRs hands when they are most interested in AP automation through the G2 intent tool. We are just tapping into the Intent tool this year so we are still learning but we see a huge upside in having this data.
A helpful resource for software companies
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 team is very helpful and involved! They provide reccomendations and data when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more control over what questions we could ask when we are cunducting our own review outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for collecting product reviews and for buyer intent data. The buyer intent data is extremely useful to our sales team.
