Easy to use platform with great support to help build your business

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great platform to showcase your product and features for potential customers to find and compare you to other similar companies. We have been using G2 for about a year and have seen a significant increase in traffic to our G2 page, as well as click through to our website.
The support we have received from Reagan and Brittany has also been great, they have helped with strategies from building out our profile, to gathering reviews and using those reviews to drive traffic and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have come across compared to some other platforms is that we can't run a paid lead generation campaign through G2
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acquiring product reviews, highlighting our business within our industry, providing 3rd party marketing materials in the form of badges and industry grids.

Customer Evidence at scale

What do you like best about the product?
G2 allows Everbridge and xMatters a way to get customer reviews and evidence at scale. We sell our products around the world and having real customer experiences helps us stay true to our mission and reach new business and organizations. We use our reviews frequently and love seeing feedback on improvements from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about G2. We have been successful in all the programs we have run with G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to get customer reviews and feedback about our solutions and help us focus on constantly improving our product. It also improves brand awareness by allowing people that are considering solutions to find us and evaluate us against others. It helps organizations connect to their business needs faster.

The simplest, highest quality review vendor, with the best CSM team in the game

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with G2 with my company's upgraded profile accounts for years now and each year is better than the last. Our CSMs have always been extremely responsive. I do not say this lightly when I say, I truly feel like we are the CSMs only clients.

The vendor portal is astronomically easier to use than other review vendors on the market. It's very easy to navigate and it's very easy to identify what needs to be or can be updated on your organization's upgraded product profile listing.

Implementation was smooth and quick, and each year we renew, the team works hard to lay out only our options that are truly the best for our organization.

Integrations are also very simple. We itegrate with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Influitive, Salesloft, Pendo, Leandata, and Zoominfo, and each connection was very easy to navigate. Our CSMs helped facilitate all of these integretions and connected us with their in-house ops team as well as provided easy-to-follow instructions to make these integrations run smoothly. They were very patient and made sure to test things multiple times and ensure everything worked perfect.

Review generation campaigns are also extremely easy to run with G2 and super simple too. We send them a list, a budget, and..that's it. They take it from there. The results we see from these campaigns is better than any other review vendor we use. We get good quality reviews from these efforts which helps us show up well on quarterly reports and earn tons of badges which we frequently use for marketing purposes.

Buyer intent data management is very simple and affective with the G2 portal. We receive leads directly into our internal database and can easily pull reports and list distrobutions of a particular moment in time if we want too. We run several competitor campaings and alwsy use the various G2 intent signals to really hone our target. You can get as broad or as grainular with the targeting with G2 buyer intent data.

G2 is a tool I use every day so it's something I need to work well all the time. Compared to other review vendors, the portal is always running well and ive experienced little to no system errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really had to think hard to find somewhere G2 falls short and the ONLY thing I've been able to come up with is some of the marketing assets in the vendor portal are only available via HTML embed code and sometimes we need them in JPEG form. But if you reach out to your CSM, they'll get that for you very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 marketing has complately changed how we approach out go-to-market strategy. We utilize our earned badges and our quarterly reports in our marketing efforts so much. We are much more motivated to run review campaigns and/or keep our profile updated to get the best results whether it be in organic traffic, conversion, lead flow, etc. G2 works very hard to help you help your company be the best customer-facing profile it can be for your key buyers. Additionally, they make all the marketing assets easily accessible and the CSMs are really good at suggesting where and how to present badges, reports, grid images, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how G2 comes to us with ideas and not the other way around. They are always showing how other clients are using their content and what would best help our company succeed. I also love their webinars and other resources they promote as it's usually very applicable to my day to day. They are always very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns which is greatly appreciated! Lastly, their reputation in the review space is top notch -- they are the #1 trust platform in my opinion for prospects to go to when reviewing products like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to capture additonal leads through this platform (i.e. a PPC program).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has helped us with retargeting content as our G2 badge related ads is our top performing campaign on LinkedIn. It's also helped us identifed accounts engaging with our product on their site through their intent data which we've used across our digital marketing strategy and saw lots of sucess with!

A great platform for customer evidence and social proof

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a valuable tool for getting your customers talking about your product on the record about what they like or dislike about your products. G2 allows your customers to share highlights of their story of using your product in a public way and in their own words which is useful to prospective buyers evaluating your products.

Feature enhancements and integrations are regularly made on G2 Marketing solutions that help Marketers utilize and gain value from the platform. I've also had a consistently positive experience with their Customer Success team through regular check-ins to help ensure that we are achieving value from G2 Marketing Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be an over-indexing on review volume and recency and not as much of an emphasis on the quality of review, the content, or how Marketing teams are utilizing reviews which can be difficult for Marketers wearing a lot of hats.

It's important to strike a balance of review quality and quantity, to respond to reviews, and to be disciplined in taking advantage of all that reviews have to offer Marketing teams today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping to solve our ability to learn more about our customer's stories including the value they are achieving by using our product, and what they like/dislike about our product. It also helps us understand more about our customer advocates and which customers may be willing to participate in other opportunities with us such as serving as a reference, participating in a customer story, or expand their footprint with us.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 captures a lot a traffic and generate many views on your product site. The best part is their proactiveness to help you maximize your ROI and their openess to correct situations that aren't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could have more connectors, specifically to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest benefit to Product Marketing are the online reviews and customers willing to be a reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account managers are committed to helping us achieve our goals. They are responsive and attentive to our ideas, and they are constantly working to find solutions as well as suggest new approaches.

The vendor portal is incredibly intuitive and allows us to access the information we need whenever we are seeking it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simpleness of the questions makes it easy to source higher quanitity of reviews, but the quality of feedback we receive is often less than ideal. We'd love to get more in-depth review responses from our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us scope our competitive positioning in our market. We are able to manage peer reviews for our brand-- both elevating the positive sentiments in our marfketing efforts and resolving issues alerted to us. We are also using G2 to integrate buyer intent data into our marketing practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy for brands to build out their product profiles and generate review campaigns to boost reviews. In my opinion it is vital for software products to have a presence on the platform in order to effectively competein their product category. I like the recent feature we leveraged - adding our products to a product suite.
Our G2 reps are always responsive and helpful when we need support, and its been great that we can leverage G2 badges and testimonials in our own marketing campaigns to demonstrate legitimacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challange to grow organically if your products are not already well-known, so it requires investment. IT's still important to have a presence on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 showcases the real value of our products according to real customers to adds credibility and trust to our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Using G2 and growing your product profile is an incredibly power tool for customer aquisiton and retention. Its easy to find endless ways to utilize the profile to by building different types of content to be used in organic and paid digital channels. Something we do all year long. Also using their buyer intent to give your sales team and account managers insight on new and current customers. The G2 staff are also genius, they help ten fold in making sure you maximize the potential of your G2 account. Its efforless to run review capturing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a disadvantage to using G2 after using it for 4 yrs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effortlessly creates powerful content to use for customer aquisiton. Building marketing campaigns around the customers voice usign the testimonies from your G2 profile. A secondary side effect of having this profile allows our product dev team to get insight from customer feedback.
