Great onboarding experience with Kelly!

What do you like best about the product?
Kelly was such a joy to work with. Our on-boarding experience was very seamless and much of it had to do with Kelly's willingness to coach us throughout the process. She stayed on top of things and was always eager and willing to hop on a call. We appreciated her detailed recaps and it was great to see the progress we've made since implementation.

I also like the UI/UX - the platform is also very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at the moment. A true measure of success for us will be the number of MQLs/SQLs we are able to create from this platform. TBD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping buyers see the value of Listen360. We are still pretty new but we've received 2x+ the number of reviews we had a originally and landed a space in the quadrant.

What do you like best about the product?
B2B Sales is changing. The buyer controls the process and there is so much information online. On top of that, there are more distractions for the modern seller than ever before. Buyer intent data helps my team focus on the right companies that are in the market for what we offer. It's a life saver!!
What do you dislike about the product?
As they continue to improve the Salesforce integration we'll become more efficient at getting this information to the right reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In as little as 3 weeks on the platform we've found multiple great opportunities. My reps can stop turning over one stone at a time and focus on having relevant conversations with active buyers. Obviously it helps the top line, but I find it also impacts the culture of the team. Sales is tough...G2 makes it a little easier.

Great onboarding experience and solid buyer intel

What do you like best about the product?
Team at G2 goes above and beyond to make sure we're set up for success. Easy to reach and quick to respond. Competitive buyer intel within the product is a game-changer for our SDR team -- they are having a field day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything seems to be going smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lead generation. G2 has not proven ROI yet here, so waiting to see if enhanced profile and reviews result in higher lead volume.
2. Warm target lists for outbounding. Competitive and buyer intel feeds into our outbound teams for targeted outreach. Again, have not had time to prove this out yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a point person internally who owns the success of this platform. There is a lot of data but it's meaningless until you put it to work for you.

An insanely smooth on-boarding process

What do you like best about the product?
* We can see our recent activity at a glance in the dashboard.

* The UI is clear so we have visibility into our reviews and profile, and we're able to see how we can use the information collected.

* Our on-boarding specialist and CSM have been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They've made the entire process easy.

* We can use our user reviews as social proof in our sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
While I understand the need, the review validation process has been a bit frustrating. There have been several reviews that I read prior to their validation that were clearly Sharpen users, but they were rejected because of an error in their user validation. It seemed that only those who reviewed and validated their identity via LinkedIn were able to actually be validated. Email address validation was not as reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is third-party validation/social proof for the sales and nurture process. We're also using it as a piece of the customer well-being measurement for nurture (so we can find out what's going well and what gaps exist).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask your on-boarding and CSM team as many questions as you can. They're incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help you find the answers that'll make the process work best for you.

Overall, a really good onboarding experience

What do you like best about the product?
Kelly did a great job acting on our behalf. When we bumped into an issue between a G2 process and a detail of our product, she helped find a quick resolution and kept things on track. Communication was clear, timely and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The G2 verification process is a bit mysterious, but again Kelly stepped us through things nicely. She answered questions as she could, and found answers when she needed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using G2 to both gather validation from our users as well as hear honest feedback about how we can improve. Just got through onboarding, so I'll reserve ROI judgment.

Increased Reviews in One Campaign

What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2 runs the first campaign to get the profile off and running. We increased reviews by a few hundred percents from where we started in just one campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the tasking process of verifying a review. There were a few reviews we felt were legitimate however, were rejected because they were not able to verify they were a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted more customer and user validation to promote within the sales and marketing process.

A great way to boost visibility

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get great reviews quickly. We went from 2 reviews to 34 within the first few weeks of joining G2. The platform is really easy to use in general so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong dislikes so far with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers review your product is some of the best marketing you can get. We've been able to increase our organic visibility and show potential customers more reasons why they should use us.

Excellent Product and Superior Service

What do you like best about the product?
My company had been using the free version of G2 and had maxed out its capabilities. We investigated a paid version and the rep I spoke with was personable, informative, and fantastic. He helped us through the entire process and made it easy for us to make the decision to pay for G2. I never felt pushed or treated unfairly, and they went out of their way to give us a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing more to get the word out there about our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't fully speak to the effectiveness of the product yet, but the free version has done wonders for us already. I expect paying for additional features will be even more effective. The service I received was incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed working with the G2 team. They were very responsive, willing to help and worked to create a seamless process for us. We got a lot done in a short amount of time because of their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a specific downside for us personally, but I would caution people to consider G2 only when you have the time, energy and resources to commit to it. I thought our process went quickly because (1) the G2 team stayed on top of everything and (2) because we were committed to the process. I would advise teams to have a point person and champion for it in their organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to hear from our happy customers on a larger scale. We have a relatively unknown software solution that is incredibly beneficial to our current customers. We love that we can now share their experiences with a larger audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assign a point person, have clear goals, follow the plan/process G2 has in place, ask questions and ensure it's the right fit. Companies will not get the full value out of G2 if they do not put the time and effort in on their end. G2 does great work, but they cannot great something out of nothing. Potential customers need to understand that they will need to do some leg work to see the full benefits of the program. We've been lucky to have a great team on our side!

Great onboarding process

What do you like best about the product?
As new to G2, I found the established on boarding process to be superb (and something our business can learn from), The key touch points are sequenced to match our experience and progression through the product and I found that every time we had a series of questions (after doing some of the work), the next G2 meeting was around the corner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...we are early in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to both provide validation for our prospective customers as well as gain new awareness and leads via the G2 platform. We have already seen results in the first category (people we speak with are turning to G2) and hopeful for the latter.
