Great Tool for Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
G2 has really great functionality and the team we work with is always quick to respond to answer our questions and teach us how to use anything they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few features so there is still a lot of functionality for us to uncover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us maximize our review efforts by providing advice and facilitating review requests to our clients.
G2 looks out for their costumers! They are quick to respond and very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a QR code was fast and simple. Their customser support is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to G2. They were able to sort through all my questions and concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped keep our QR code current and working for our event.
A must-have for tool in the marketing tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
1. Intent data from G2 is an essential part of our outbound strategy. Also the rich context (product and place visited, history, buying stage, etc.) and additional information provided (relevant people to reach out, Bombora intent topics, etc.) help us finetune our outbound strategy and make it more actionable
2. Real-time Slack alerts are helpful (profile and pricing page visits)—helps us quickly action on them
3. Excellent customer experience right from onboarding to customer success. The CSM is always quick to respond even during this holiday season. He truly tries to solve problems and meet requirements—be it soliciting more reviews from our customers or maximizing our use of the platform. Also, his emails with new feature releases are very helpful and actionable

What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a very good experience so far. One call out is that some feature asks (e.g, more granularity in what Slack notifications are sent) took a very long time to be implemented (>9 months). This was an essential for the Slack notifications be useful for us.

G2 is absolutely essential for our outbound strategy and a key part of marketing tech stack. The data they provide has many many uses - from demand gen to churn prevention

Our experience with G2 Intent has generally been positive. The platform excels in identifying purchase intent, providing valuable insights that have significantly impacted our strategic decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 enables us to not only enhance our brand reputation but also significantly reduce churn by leveraging positive testimonials. Moreover, G2.com provides real-time insights, helping us identify and engage with accounts actively exploring our solutions.
Good early traction, then fall-off
What do you like best about the product?
Great personal account support. Our rep meets with us regularly and tries to do all she can to help us get the most out of the G2 system.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 itself is extremely janky. We had to write up & justify the category that we belong in because G2 didn't understand our industry. We needed to explain why we should or shouldn't be tucked up underneath other categories. We needed to explain, in long-form, why certain companies they identified as our competitors should not even *be* in the category they threw them into.
Talking with Monty, he literally could not even recognize our product category and instead provided to me pages of unrelated market segments. When I gave him the exact page in G2 that I was referring to it said "I don't have access to live G2 database but I rely on set of structured database information which I currently lack for [my company's category]."
While we had initial traction in getting reviews once we signed the contract, that dried up quickly (after 1-2 months) and then we haven't gotten *any* reviews in the past half-year.
I wish I got sentiment analytics on the page even if someone *didn't* leave a review. I wish there was a way to know how many users were "watching us" or whether they had a positive brand sentiment. I can see pageviews, but I wish I could tell if folks were "subscribed" to our brand. So we could push updated information to those who had more than passing interest.

Informative and Innovative Team
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is very innovative. I have used various platforms and the vendor portal and features available are unique and easy to navigate. Our rep is also amazing. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The moderation process is almost too in-depth. I find that sometimes verified reviews are rejected. The process is also lengthy and can be overall annoying compared to other review sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great, reliable and reputable platform for our users to leave genuine reviews. G2 is also helping me stay on top of industry standards and shifts!
G2 is okay
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the analytics is robust to see where things are coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Review verification is not always accurate. Real reviews are being left out or rejected. There is no appeals process or way to see who the feedback is from so we are missing reviews. There should be a way for a company to verify that the reviewer is actually real.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy our rep. She responds quickly and is very resourceful. G2 has a lot of features that help us promote our organization. I like that you can see when a review has been submitted before it posts. I also like that reviews can be incentivized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were trainings on how to use the platform. That would have helped me early on when I was learning. I also wish we got updates from our rep with new features that we don't want to miss out on. Either by email or in our monthly meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really excited to use Monty and I think it will help educate people on our product before needing to book a meeting or being suggested as the top company in our competitors will bring more people to our page.
Good tool for gathering VOC
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards in G2 are very thorough and allow you to easily look at where your product ranks in it's category and against it's competitors. Buyer intent is also a useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way too many badges and reports in G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps promote Talkdesk as a top vendor of Contact Center as a Service software which enables reputation management and VOC marketing.
