What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of having everything in one platform with G2.com. You can customize your listings and the description of your product, and also get reviews from clients, which helps make your product more visible and reliable to your target audience. The platform helps our audience see how reliable our product is, allows them to learn more about it, and shows how we can help solve their pain points. The initial setup is very smooth and not complicated at all. There's no challenge we experienced in setting up our G2.com account. The account managers and customer success team really help us optimize our profiles, which makes us more visible in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on our experience, we didn't have anything that we disliked about G2 because all we needed was provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use G2.com to list our products and get client reviews, making our offerings more visible and reliable to our target audience. It helps our audience learn about us and addresses their pain points.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use G2.com for understanding intent signals from different companies. This feature helps me understand and prioritize which companies to target from an outreach perspective. Setting up G2.com was quite straightforward, and Medha was super useful in terms of working with us to ensure everything was set up correctly. I strongly recommend it, especially from a B2B SaaS perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The noise in some of the signals can be reduced. Sometimes we get too many alerts for certain keywords or selections. Better filters could improve this, allowing us to focus on high intent accounts, which is our primary requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to understand intent signals from different companies. This helps us prioritize which companies to target for outreach.

What do you like best about the product?

I think a feature to identify patterns for user sentiment will definitely elevate the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like things are easy to find on G2.com, and I can manage different aspects of our profile effectively. The website layout allows me to see parts of my profile, such as accounts, reviews, campaigns, or awards, easily. I really appreciate being able to see the progress of our reviews and badges. Creating and managing campaigns is really easy on my own, which I value. G2.com makes it very easy to see and respond to new reviews, helping me understand what our customers think in the aggregate. The information on scores and where we stand on the grid is readily accessible and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to have the ability to pull all of the reviews from a certain amount of time into a report that I can use and manipulate and disseminate internally to my team members. And maybe it's there. Maybe it's part of a different package. But the ability to pull those reviews and scan them and pull out the talking points or bullet points that I deem necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to effortlessly track and respond to new reviews, understand customer sentiment and scores, and manage campaigns. It helps me gather and communicate customer feedback to my team, ensuring we can effectively engage with prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is the quality of intent behind the traffic. People visiting G2 are not casually browsing, they are actively comparing solutions and looking to make a decision. The biggest drawback is the variability in review quality. Because incentives are commonly used to generate reviews, some of the content can feel less authentic than you would hope, which slightly undermines trust. There is also a lack of transparency at times in how reviews are moderated or approved, which can make the process feel inconsistent.

G2 helps solve the problem of trust and visibility in a crowded B2B market. Instead of relying solely on branded messaging, it gives potential buyers access to real user experiences, which makes it easier for them to evaluate options and move forward with confidence. hmm that is a tuff one. Feedback on whether or not it is reaching real potential buyers would be nice. That and how many.

It is useful in showing what the true value of the product is. Sloagans and what not can only go so far, but having real reviews talk about their experience is far better.
