What do you like best about the product?
here I can check all the latest updates of my products and also share all the details and reviews. Also they give free rewards which is plus point.

G2 is not updating scores

What do you like best about the product?
The idea of getting honest reviews and comparing websites based on their users' experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
In reality the score is incorrectly computed. We've been using G2 for years and more recently upgraded our account. After 12 months (which is the most valued time interval after which reviews start to decay) we found out that our score vs our competitors are incorrect. Our website scores a 4.3, our competitor's is below 3.5 but they are "stuck" at the 4.4 they used to have one year ago. G2 is not refreshing our competitors score for months now. Basically you pay G2 for a service (honesty, real math comparison) and you get nothing of that. Websites rank better than other despite basic math saying they shouldn't. After we've been told many times that reviews decay over time, we found out that in fact they don't. And what is worse, your scores are not updated. When we brought this up our account manager just vanished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comparing websites and improving your services this way.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of working with G2 Marketing Solutions is having access to a dedicated account manager who can help secure the best outcomes. I have worked with Jade for the past 10 months, and the partnership has been successful. She is insightful, responsive, and understanding of the challenges I face internally to make G2 a company-wide initiative, not just a marketing-led one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Significant internal momentum is required to maximise the benefits of the partnership and chosen package. Without proper buy-in, the partnership may feel stagnant at times due to internal bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is one of the best market software. We are using it often to write and read review before using or buying any services. we are using G2 to make good decision for buying software. Also we can give reviews and earn rewards. In my workplace also all our collaegues earned rewards for giving rewards for the services we are using for HR and market. Customer support is highly appreciable. G2 can be easily implemented and integrated easily. WE are using it atleast thrice in a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
No sure about the process, for few reviews i didnt receive he rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 saves customers form blindly purchsing any softwares. Here we can check the reviews before buying.

Intent data only relevant for NA region, not really good traffic in EMEA and DACH regions.

Amazing support team

What do you like best about the product?
many thanks to Telma Rodrig I submitted a support ticket on January 29, 2025, around 2 or 3 am after my review was flagged for using AI tools. I explained that I rely on AI to ensure clarity in my reviews due to my dyslexia. To my surprise, when I checked my inbox, both tickets had been resolved and addressed incredibly quickly. This was the first time I’ve experienced such efficient support, and it truly impressed me. Based on this experience, I felt motivated to leave a positive review of this platform. The responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team were outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
this is a update i will leave the previous bellow so people can see that G2 cares about what their users say to the team i am dyslexic and it was very hard with it being flagged for ai content now its much easier being able to not worry about they typos and the ai makes the corrections it wont change your context it will only refine it to ensure clarity this is exactly what i asked for so at this moment NOVEMBER 6 AT 10PM

## THERE IS NOTHING I FINDE THAT I DISLIKE ABOUT G2. I HADE A ISSUE THEY LISTENED AND IT WAS NOT INSTANT BUT IT WAS ADDRESSED AND TO ME THAT MAKES IT COUNT AND THAT TO ME SAYS ITS GENUIN ADN TRANSPARENT ABOUT THEIR SITE THEY CARE FOR WHAT THEIR USERS NEED AND THEY LISTEN AND THEN TAKE ACTION I LOVE IT IT EXEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

One thing I feel is very important to highlight is the need for an option for users like myself, who have dyslexia and rely on AI tools for clarity. Without AI, my review process would be much more difficult and confusing. I suggest adding a feature that allows users to share a URL of their conversation when using AI tools to reformat their responses. This would help ensure accessibility for those who depend on AI for effective communication. Currently, there’s no option to provide such a link, and adding this would significantly improve the experience for users like me.

I really enjoy the fact that this platform is the best I’ve found so far. I can give a review and get compensated for my time without having to meet a specific threshold before receiving the reward. The speed with which the reward is received is also impressive. It truly stands out, and I’ve tested many platforms, but this one is by far the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to know which accounts are in market for solutions we offer in different categories. The data is robust and comes enriched into our slack channel as well as Hubspot Marketing Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Slack Channel Integration is very limited and can sometimes be a little confusing. The business-facing product needs a little bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily review management and buyer intent data.
