The best investment of money and excellent customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like G2's customer service. All G2 managers I ever worked with were very supportive and fully invested in improving the performance of our advertising package.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the option to edit information about my company directly from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are happy with receiving qualified leads from G2.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 as a platform is really easy to use and gives you lots of valuable insights. As a business, it's really great that reviews are verified so other users know they can be trusted and they're not being faked. The badges that you can earn from each report are also great for marketing.
Have to say our account manager Siobhan is also excellent. Over the two years we've worked together, she's always been there to offer advice and support, plus, it's been lovely to have a catch-up when you've been working together for a while! She has gone the extra mile for us and done things like present to our business on the importance of reviews and different ways we can run review campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Only wish I had some more time on my end to make the most of G2!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is the main platform we use for review generation to help build social credibility through a third party, so it's not just us saying that we're great! We have customers to verify we're good at what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
The supporting team are great, and the platform is nice and clear
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets hard to increase our usability in everything the platform offers. I would like to have a more precise onboarding to understand the features better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a newcomer Saas in our category, and the ability to be shown right there next to our competitors is fantastic, and it's helping us a lot. Both in demand gen and Brand.

- Buyer intent data wasn't so successful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great system QBank work with frequently within sales, marketing and soon support. Great support, do always have good tips on how to work even better with generating leads etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the system. It is pretty advanced and sometimes hard to understand how to maximize, but I'm always learning new things from G2 and how I can improve my work in the system.

It is an easy way for me to find warm leads, it also opens my eyes up to companies I did not know about. G2 also provides content for us to share with customers/partners/prospects etc.
Report badges are brilliant for our reputation and social proof!

The review generation campaigns have been great for boosting our rankings in relevant categories. We weren't on any grids just over a year ago, and now we're featured in 6.

We wish we could do more with the buyer intent data. The salesforce integration didn't work for us.

We know that our prospects use reviews as part of their decision-making process, so it's great that we have increased the quantity and quality of them working with G2.

It's been really worthwhile in gathering reviews from users and getting access to data on companies who are searching for a platform like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any complaints. Mark and Henry have been really helpful and thorough in helping us get to grips with the features and make the most out of them.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 gives us a great platform to receive user feedback on our services, in the relevant categories, helping us to see how they stack up against competitors. The process is user friendly and gives us a great opportunity to respond to, and act on the feedback. The review moderation process is thorough, and integral to the credibility of the reviews, badges and rankings earned.
The Customer Success Team is awesome - always responsive and helpful. They provide great advice on better ways to use the platform, as well as the insights gained from the report data.

The layout and structure of the information in the Admin section could be improved, for better clarity and quicker access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We value customer feedback and G2 gives our customers a reputable platform to share their feedback with us, and in doing so, with potential customers. This also gives us relevant insights on which areas to improve and build upon. This, in turn, has helped us build brand awareness and trust.

Great support and service from our Relationship Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate to receive fast feedback each time I've a question. I always get great support whenever I'm in need. Our Relationship Manager is a true problem solver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the time to discover all the great things you can do with G2.
