Great for creating awareness
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is really well established and a solid go-to for anyone looking to research how business software can help solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent data turned out not to be so useful for us. Our category is less well-known and have fewer visits so intent data never got satureated enough for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being visible to a large portion of b2b software buyers. Showcasing reviews and scoring to visitors on our site through widgets.
The team at G2 made working with them a no-brainer. An excellent solution with great support.
What do you like best about the product?
G2 provides an all-in-one solution which is easy to understand and implement. We evaluated other review sites before choosing G2. G2 stood out regarding team response, the information provided through the sales cycle, and the fact that it is all packaged together in one solution rather than pay-to-play. This option suits us better at this point. It's also easier to implement and get going with the review collection. I can't speak highly enough of Nathan and Jade, whom I work with on the G2 side - some of the best customer support I have experienced, and it's a joy to work with them. They share helpful tips and updates, which are really appreciated. That's what builds loyalty, and importantly they also deliver results!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using G2 for an entire quarter, and thus far, I am delighted with the solution and the team support. We are in the early stages of building our review strategy, but we already have seen plenty of reasons to continue building the relationship with G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a gap in our marketing strategy when it came to reviews. We needed to focus on this to add social proof and externally verify the strength of our solution. We are also getting new insights we did not have access to before, informing future campaigns and sales activity.
Amazing Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service - Siobhan and Jade are super helpful and react quickly whenever we need help! We can always count on them for support! The platform itself is intuitive and gives control to the team so that we can change a lot of things on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is the allocation of funds to landing pages - it is not super intuitive and someone might miss the fact there are no funds in a given LP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving our products visibility and credibility - this helping us generate more traffic and leads.
Great buyer intent data and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Since ramping up our activity on g2 we have seen a significant increase in referrals and SQLs. The ZoomINFO integration is great as it enables us to identify our ICPs for organisations engaging with us, and our competitors. Not only this, the team are amazing and go above and beyond in doing what they can to ensure we get maximum value from the channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building out workflows can take time, it would be great if g2 added another service to set these up for their clients :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to re-focus our attention on audiences and organisations who have higher intent - great for building out our ABM strategy.
Great support team
What do you like best about the product?
The support team - Jade and Nathan are always on hand whenever we have questions. They help us to get the best out of the platform and maximise the data we get from G2 as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing springs to mind..........
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen a significant increase in our reviews since running an incentive campaign through our CSM team, which has meant our scores match or exceed our competitors. We've also seen a big increase in our intent data directly from G2, which has enabled us to be really targeted with our retargeting campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions give limitless possibilities to grow your brand awareness and recognition in particular market your company is in. It's a great alternative to well-recognised analyst firms where your company may not be recognised as a Leader due to revenue restrictions, number of customers, etc. Here what matters are authentic customers who speak out about your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
A customer review expire after 6 month period and partner reviews don't count into report releases

We managed to become a Leader in three key categories that are very important for our growth and recognition

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of getting reviews and comparing our product with those of our competitors. I also enjoy the badges we receive because they make me feel connected to our audience. And the G2 staff are open and supportive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our issues aren't being resolved as quickly as we would like. The admin panel comes with bugs and problems that sometimes remain there for months at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the possibilities we have with G2 – whether badges, reviews, or brand awareness (especially in international markets). It's a good resource to gather honest feedback from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, all the functionalities we can use with the paid version have not yet sparked a lot of enthusiasm in our company. For example, you don't see why a review has been rejected, there's not much going on concerning intent data, and for paid promotions (ads in your category) you need to pay extra PLUS you have to make sure to secure your spot before your competitor, which hasn't been a pleasant experience so far...especially because there wasn't much traffic generated either by these ads.

It helps us build international brand awareness, and trust.
A great way to gain trust and recognition for SaaS companies
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about G2 is the trust they have built with their own audience. When leads discover our service on G2, we can tell there is more going on than mere product/feature comparison. Unlike similar services, G2 is clearly regarded as a trusted advisor and an authority when it comes to researching software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike about G2

G2 is giving our prospects a trusted and fair space where to gather information, compare features, understand product differences. It's also providing good collateral for our sales team and useful intent data for our marketing team.
