Brand recognition. Another channel to advertise our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sur that you are reaching to right buyers. G2 Crowd is primarily built for products or SaaS. Less for services. like web dev., design, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very helpful whenever we need anything. They are on top of everything every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing seemed a bit high at first as we were unsure what that money invested was going to get us. But it is clear that they are experienced and we are now hoping to see a nice ROI from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more brand exposure.

What do you like best about the product?
G2Crowd is increasingly becoming a crucial part of our overall brand awareness and recognition of our empirical value in the industry. It’s critical for us to get detailed, first-hand, independent feedback from our customers that can be utilized by prospects and our internal sales and product teams as well.

The vendor portal is very user friendly, and our account manager, George, has been helpful every step of the way. We recently launched a new review campaign, called G2 Gives, and we are excited by the idea of incentivizing customers and reviews with charity donations.

Overall, G2 Crowd has already brought great value to our company and we are looking to expand the use of it over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many useful features – there is not much to dislike. And I think the vision and roadmap can take G2 to even broader value for us. I guess the most difficult part is change management on our side – i.e. how do we get our teams to more habitually use the G2 features and information in all of our internal sales, marketing, support, and product processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is nothing more powerful or credible than first-hand experience from a real customer. Our biggest benefit is the ability to utilize the customer’s voice to tell our story and articulate our value. We also get the benefit of users telling us directly where we can improve, so it serves as a great input to our product and support organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
G2Crowd was incredibly accommodating of our just-in-time approach to planning and schedules; creative and willing to go the extra mile; and the people who staffed the event, Bobbi and Brittany, were the best ever. It was an unexpected pleasure and success to work with two such energetic professional pleasant effective people - can't say enough about them!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
All I have to say is that there's nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get more customer feedback on our products. Bobbi and Brittany managed to collect 154 reviews in one and a half days, which was 3x as many as we'd targeted.

Great solution, highly recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
Verification of reviewers as professionals and users is very important to the credibility of the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to meter out the invitations sent to users over 4-6 months instead of a large set all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2Crowd helps identify KeyCreator as a leading product in it's market and helps prospects understand how is using it and why they love it.

Effective. Easy. Fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Not unlike setting up a new profile for a personal account, e.g. LinkedIn or Facebook, standing up a profile for your company is easy. There's a short checklist of items to "complete" your profile, et voila - you are done!

I must also say the Account Executive with whom I worked on understanding this market and then ultimately purchasing the software was incredibly helpful and consultative. We just finished our implementation phase - which is funny given how easy it was to set up Implementations seems like an above-and-beyond service - and discovered we get to continue to work with our Account Executive. Happy about that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to speak of here, despite looking for areas of potential concern!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are the stand out leader in our space, with more (happy!) customers than anyone in our space. This is validated by third party analysts, e.g. Gartner, but the voice of our customers was not captured at scale. The primary goal was to have our customers share their experience with our software. However, a secondary benefit is our ability to directly share feedback with out Product Management team. Not happy about a feature or want to do something else with our product(s)? Now our customers have another avenue to share this information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is great. Is your company? If your customers are happy, you cannot go wrong driving them to G2 Crowd. It's an outstanding service.

There are a few competitors in this space. They are not mutually exclusive depending on your budget needs. Understand your business pains and objectives clearly before deciding where to start.

What do you like best about the product?
- Being in an industry without a quadrant of wave, this platform gives our prospects a place to gauge a feel for their options and read reviews of peers
- Love the intelligence we get from the platform and the ability for prospects to engage with us and the reviews of our customers via widgets on our website and directly on G2Crowd
- Our success manager has been great at keeping us up to date with latest developments and the different ways to use the solution
What do you dislike about the product?
- I'd love to see even more granular data on who is visiting our category
- The navigation can be a little confusing on the backend, I find myself randomly clicking around the menu until I find what I was actually looking for.
