What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com helps make our solution visible to potential clients and allows me to view our performance against competitors. It's a good platform to showcase our product and customer experience. The web experience is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I am not fully onboarded with is the criteria for calculating the G2 score. It seems to give better scores to solutions based on their age more than their performance. Like, if a company has been there for 10 years, they will have more people, backlinks, etc., which does not translate to a better product, but they still seem to have a higher score than a better solution that's been around for, say, 5 years. I understand that age does translate to some positives, but since I am not aware of the exact weightage, it seems a little off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2.com to increase our product's visibility to potential clients and benchmark our performance against competitors. The platform showcases our product and customer experiences effectively.

Instead of relying on broad targeting, it enables us to focus on accounts actively researching relevant solutions. Intent Data That Makes B2B Outreach Timely and Targeted
What do you like best about the product?
Been using G2 Marketing Solutions and the one thing that is genuinely changed how we work is the intent data. Before this, we had no real way of knowing who was actively looking at us or our competitors, we were just guessing. Now we can actually see which companies are researching in our category and reach out at the right time, not months too early or too late.
For our brand it's made outreach way more focused. Instead of blasting everyone, we can prioritize accounts that are already in buying mode. That shift alone has made a noticeable difference.
The rest of the platform is solid too easy to manage our profile, collect reviews, and stay visible in our category. But honestly the intent data is the real reason I would tell other brands to look into this.
If you are in B2B and tired of wasting time on cold outreach that goes nowhere, this is worth it.

Before G2, we had no real way of knowing who was actively looking for solutions like ours, outreach was pretty much a guessing game. The intent data changed that. We can now see which companies are in market and reach out at the right time, which has made our pipeline a lot more focused.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, easy, and still manages to top performer in its field despite all the changes like AI and everything. On top of that, I know I'll get the best support when needed!

Not having manual management capability on basic stuff about my reviews, for example, sending coupon codes, etc.

It allows us to transparently show how people engaged with SOCRadar to people who are in need or curious to engage with us. I think this gives us an amazing opportunity to create awareness

Super insightful to receive intel on how customers and prospects compare our tool with alternatives. Helps with expansion opportunities
Versatile Review Collection and Great Exposure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com offers voice, AI-powered chat, and form options, which are very convenient because they let customers choose the language and format they're most comfortable with. I saw that we are now getting more reviews from customers whose native language is not English. It's also great that it's not much needed from our side after the review is submitted. I find it easier to integrate G2.com across the website and elsewhere, which is useful because we use social proof in many places. This facilitates my projects with Customer Success. I can point out that the G2 support is excellent - every time we had an issue or question, the replies and support were quick and efficient. The initial setup was quite easy and G2.com offers more exposure, which are all aspects that stand out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buyer intent could be more granular and contain more information to be actionable. Some accounts are so large that it's not always helpful to see the signal without all the additional persona info.

G2.com simplifies collecting customer feedback and sharing testimonials online. The voice, chat, and form options allow customers to choose their preferred format, and I noticed that the review campaign performance is now better.
G2 also offers more exposure with easy website integration. Before, we had reviews spread over several different platforms, and it was difficult to present them in a consolidated way. G2 is recognized by customers as a trusted review platform, and it's good to have it as a primary review platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I think G2.com is a brilliant site for software comparison and knowledge. It's a one-stop shop for software buying decisions and generally gives you unbiased views. I've also worked with the POC at G2, and they are very helpful, explaining any queries regarding any product brilliantly. The initial setup of G2.com was very smooth and quick.

I find that the data from G2.com is usually more accurate compared to platforms like Bombora. I also like the ability to share marketing materials to the target audience.

The PPC aspect of G2.com could be improved. It can evolve and be more granular, with more controls for segmentation.
