What do you like best about the product?
Great analytics on the backend was unexpected. Also, they have really exceptional account reps and sales reps. I wasn't expecting the level of expertise and care I experienced. They also have some really amazing reports to help buyers compare rival software systems and the fact that every review is checked against the users LinkedIn account + a screenshot of them brings the review to a higher level of credibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little too cluttered. There seem to be some issues visual hierarchy. This makes it difficult for one to quickly understand the great reports they have to offer which is a shame. Also, this is minor, but the "chat here" option appears to often. It is common to have a chat icon in the bottom right of the screen but it's also repeated in several other areas of the site which makes the site feel to cluttered and too "salesy". I honestly believe more people would visit g2 if the user interface felt less cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us get the word out about our company by putting reviews in the public space. We can also see traffic trends, for example, we can see which competing software system is most often compared with our own.


PS. I don't know which product I have. When I login, it says "Premium branding plus" but my options in the review don't allow me to pick that so a lot of my answers are "n/a".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get at least 10 reviews on G2 before you purchase because your company won't come up in any of the reports until you get at least 10. Also, if you get 25 reviews then you come up in more reports so if you're on the fence just get 10-25 reviews before you decide.

What do you like best about the product?
White glove treatment as we onboarded with the new product. They provided a ton of best practice documentation and case studies to help us get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at the moment. We are still looking to measure ROI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the product to be competitive, but lacked the awareness and recognition. G2Crowd helped literally get us on the grid/map.

What do you like best about the product?
Great team, great support. The product is very intuitive for doing sales research. We have a team of 3 working on it. One person is responsible for analyzing the leads and searching for contact info, another person is doing the outbound campaigns, and the third person is working with marketing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a more data on the prospects as well as a more comprehensive list of marketing assets and ways to use these assets. The bigger this library is the better it will serve the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead sourcing, outreach, and marketing through the third party to gain. We are excited to see all the opportunities we can engage G2Crowd data and marketing assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly suggest having a devoted team who will be able to 1. analyze profile visitors and collect contact information of the relevant potential customers 2. set up outbound campaigns 3. take advantage of all the available marketing assets

What do you like best about the product?
G2Crowd gives us an easy-to-use platform to host our customer reviews and generate reputable 3rd party content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content/reports are somewhat expensive for a startup to buy that will no longer be used after a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful for the sales and customer success team to be able to share reviews and content with prospects and customers to help them see different use cases or comparison reports at the time of purchase or renewal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their customer support and managers are really amazing to work with!

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Crowd's interface is easy to work with and is appealing to on both the company and client side. G2 Crowd basis your company standing off customer reviews only, which is exactly what a review site should do! No way to pay to get higher placement, if your customers are happy you will see your company's presence rise.
What do you dislike about the product?
People can complete their reviews privately, although I think publically a person can be kept private, it would help the company out to find out who gives what review so we can either thank them or help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competitor analysis, customer support, marketing material, sales support, brand awareness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare all packages and see which one fits best for the problems you are trying to solve and goals you are trying to achieve.

The minute we signed up we got full attention from the on-boarding team. Training was efficient, follow up were great and that led to awesome results.

What do you like best about the product?
Their onboarding was thorough, efficient and effective! We appreciate the quick replies to our questions and continuous support during our onboarding process.

Traffic isn't directed to our website as well as Capterra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand recognition is key for us when businesses are looking for an Ethics & Compliance platform to meet their needs. We understand that you can't do that effectively without partnering with companies like G2Crowd to help extend your reach.

What do you like best about the product?
This site is really great - we are getting a lot of benefits. We have reviews coming in, we're getting leads and I'm validating where to focus on improving the product. G2Crowd really works better than I expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to defer to my Marketing Director - but sales, customer success and product get a lot of value from what we hear real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We are getting leads by companies that review our AI for Sales solution - our prospects are looking to solve problems with sales forecasting, pipeline inspection, and opportunity coaching while making it easier.
2. Our product group gets feedback on how to improve the product
3. Customer Success gets feedback on how to improve our experience and how to improve adoption

Best Onboarding Ever

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is the best one I've ever been through. They helped us get up and running from basically no presence to High Performer in a few weeks time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different categories that have to be done before you get traction. Not bad. Just time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get in front of more people who might be on the Salesforce platform and are looking for Project Management solutions.
